Love they had EV charging. Great location especially if you want to visit the Louisville Slugger Factory. Loved the room - had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and greeted us every time we walked by. We will be back

The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. After a long drive with family, this hotel was a great choice and I would definitely recommend it.

Overall, I would stay here again. It was a good price in a good location, only a 10 minute walk to the Kentucky Center for Performing Arts (which is what we came to Louisville for).

A 2nd stay - Staff is welcoming & friendly; Property and room are clean, well maintained. Walking distance to Main Street, Whiskey Row, 4th Street Live. We will be back next year!

Such a wonderful place to stay... Comfortable beds and clean rooms made us feel right at home...

Staff was friendly and helpful. The outside noise was disruptive at night. The pillows were not comfortable. And since pets are allowed, we didn't like that rugs were in the bedroom. Could have vinyl flooring throughout the room.

The parking garage was right by the hotel

Friendly staff, convenient parking, decent breakfast with lots of seating. King suite was very nice, huge bathroom and nice kitchenette. Very close to Louisville Slugger museum and a few distilleries. All good, keep in mind its a 30 minute walk to popular distilleries at other end of whisky row.

Large room and bed. Kitchen and all that came with it was great. All good. No gym or pool

Other than the parking not being included we had a nice stay. It would have been perfect if they didn’t charge for parking since you’re staying at their hotel!

The room was very clean and well maintained. I was very pleased with everything that the studio room came equipped with. The lobby was very nice and inviting. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and able to answer all of my questions about that parking garage. The parking garage is under surveillance and shared with the police department, so very safe for me and my vehicle! Parking is $20 a car. Would definitely stay again!

Love my stay here. It was like being at home. The staff was very helpful and polite. Everything was clean and well kept.

I wish there were more Ev chargers on property. Only 1 worked, the other was broken.

Steve the bartender was extremely helpful with suggesting a new bourbon cocktail and restaurants.

This property had a lot of strange odor. Our original room had an off odor (sort of like dog) and the receptionist was able to get us into another room. The second room still had an odor but at this point we decided to live with it. The lobby had an overpowering fragrance odor that could not avoided. It kind of made us wonder if they were trying to cover up some other bad odors. The rooms were clean except the floors were very dirty. Dirty floors were evident in the hallways and elevators as well. The rooms were tastefully decorated but some of the under cabinet lights were not working. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel.
