One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very beautiful, clean and well maintained. Excellent service from all the staff (polite, friendly and accommodating). Very safe (required room key to enter the property and the elevators). Walking distance to downtown! Would absolutely stay there again.

The staff was very nice, the room was clean, breakfast was good, in the kitchen and the room was clean.

Great location downtown. Extremely nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast was good but also didn’t have as many hot options as other places but it was still good. Although this was a great downtown location. The city itself felt unsafe while we walked a couple blocks to grab dinner. After that we drove. So I would definitely plan to drive or Uber around if you are there with family. Again not the hotels fault. But the city itself. The hotel is in a great downtown location

Our stay was wonderful. The rooms were very clean. The front desk staff was always very helpful and kind. They gave water bottles which was a huge perk! They accommodated our service dog without any issues. The breakfast every day was wonderful with lots of options that changed every day! We loved having the microwave and full fridge in the room! The only minor thing was since the location is downtown, it was a little noisy with ambulances and police vehicles at night. But we always bring a fan for white noise so it wasn’t that big of an issue and we could drown out most of the sounds. The location was perfect walking distance to most things as well. We would definitely stay again!!
