Best Western Louisville East Inn & Suites

I’ve stayed here a few times usually good. I booked two rooms, cleanliness could’ve been better though. TV’s weren’t working, had to call front desk late at night for both to be fixed.

On the 2nd day the air conditioning wasn’t working. We notified the front desk, and an employee came within about an hour and fixed the problem quickly. The pool area was clean, and my kids said the water temperature was perfect. Unfortunately, the chlorine or pool chemical smell was extremely strong the evening we visited. After about 30 minutes, we had to leave because my child with asthma started coughing quite a bit. It’s possible we happened to go shortly after the pool had been treated, so this may not be a regular issue, but it’s something worth mentioning for families with children who have respiratory sensitivities. Overall, this hotel met our needs for a short stay. The location, spacious room, cleanliness, and responsive staff were definite positives. With a few updates to the rooms and a little attention to the pool’s chemical levels, it would be an even better experience.

Room was spacious but outdated, TV system sucks , you have to login every day to internet and the tv doesn’t have the right remote, couldn’t hook up fire stick because staff wouldn’t help with internet access for it. Breakfast was horrendous, just like hotels since Covid, the bare minimum and not a variety, same ole eggs and sausage, waffles.. hotels need a lil update but it was good for the money.

Rooms were very clean, had a great selection for breakfast, check in and check out were very quick and easy.

The staff at check-in and check-out were very nice, the rooms were clean and breakfast was great with multiple options.

The hospitality was great. The cleaning staff and the cooks were also great. Coffee maker in the room was dirty. The shower water pressure could've been better and the carpet felt dirty.I also got a couple of bites but, I could have gotten them outside. Overall my stay was good.

Swimming pool in the hotel, my rooms was close together. The stiff bed.

Close to where I needed to be No hot water , none working lights .

Overall a good stay. We would stay again. Pool was quite cold. Otherwise a good stay overall.

Nice clean hotel. Really nice staff. Room was comfortable. Fridge with freezer is really nice to refreeze our ice packs. Microwave. Coffee maker. Pool was clean not too cold. Breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon, sausage and gravy biscuits, fruit, toast, waffles, cereal.

Clean room, bathroom, pool and breakfast area. Wide variety of breakfast items including protein. Reasonable room rate and located on eastern side which avoids morning traffic if heading further east or north. We WILL book here again.

No juice choices for breakfast. Only water or milk, and I think the milk was for the cereal.

Stray cats at the back entrance and the public bathroom on the lobby level could be cleaner. Breakfast was good hot and fresh desk clerk friendly. Will come again

Property is a little run down and could use some updates.. no usb ports in rooms so be sure you pack all chargers to plug into wall.. breakfast was nice.. some of hallways on floors appear to have flooded or had water damage of some kind as you can smell
