I enjoyed the pool and continental breakfast.

Ease of location, room size. Cleanliness, comfort -the beds were so loud when barely moving to get comfortable.

It was very clean. I had clean towels hanging on the door handle every day

Some people of the staff were nice ! Very dirty and very poorly maintained! Terrible experience!

Cons: Room: the floor was wet. Room was damp smelling and maybe moldy. An empty air freshener attempted to mask the smell. Light bulb was out and staff was not able to help immediately. The microwave locked after putting the food in and we had to unplug it to open it again. The water pressure was very low in our 5th floor ADA room - we aren't disabled. The windows were dirty. Security door to the pool was broken. People propped door open for access. Trees in the parking lot drooped over spaces. In general, there was paint missing in the hallways and elevator as well as water marks in the bathroom.

Room had moldy smell. We requested a room change. None available. AC was leaking into the carpet they fixed the leak and smell was a little better.

The room and property were clean, the breakfast was good, and the daytime staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel.

Love the manager Erirk, great energy, positive & professional without being so professional that he seems like a boring robot....He made me feel like a regular. I booked this room last minute without doing any homework cause I was going off previous memories of being at that location years ago so I was unaware of the Jacuzzi being decommissioned & felled in with plant life.
