Best Western Louisville East Inn & Suites

No big complaints. It was a decent room for the money. Would probably stay there again.

Great place to spent the night and stay will in Louisville. Rooms were great and the breakfast is great as well. Did not really try the pool but I would say it is great as well. Service is great even though we did not need it while we stayed. Front desk was very accommodating for any problems.

Toilet got stopped. Hotel smells

Very outdated hotel without any updates. Back door is completely unlocked so anyone can just walk in. Things are falling apart and doesn’t look like it has ever been updated. We found bugs crawling on our things after the first night so had to cancel the rest of the trip and find somewhere else. Breakfast area didn’t really have ac and every table was dirty so we had to clean our own table before we could eat. Smelled like dirty mop water in breakfast area so we didn’t end up eating there. Front desk was very accommodating but that can’t bring up our rating because of how poorly kept the hotel was.

The staff and room were very nice. There was a bit of a musty smell throughout the hotel and the water pressure in the bathroom was not great, but overall, it was a very nice stay. I also feel the pool closing at 9:00 pm was a little early. We were hoping it was open until at least 10:00 pm. I would stay there again.

Breakfast was great. Clean. Conveniently located. Easy navigation in and out of property. Quiet. Outdated. Needs good cosmetic treatment.

It’s a nice place, but the breakfast is not a top Notch Buffet. There is only watery scrambled eggs and cheap sausage patties for hot food and not many options just Continental breakfast otherwise . That’s kind of why I stayed there cause I thought it was a top-notch breakfast with the full buffet or at least as full as some of the other best westerns I’ve been to. This one did not live up to the promise as expected.

The staff was friendly. Check in was great. They were very helpful to our every need. Breakfast was amazing. I recommend this hotel Overall. I can't say nothing negative about this hotel.

Stayed here in 2018 don’t know what happened since then but definitely has gone down hill

The ac was/has been leaking, it made the carpet wet about 5 foot away from the ac. The shower was really hard to get to work (multiple times we pulled the thing up and it finally worked) the chlorine from the pool was burning my eyes and throat from just sitting in the area. The lady that checked us was super nice though

👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎When we first arrived on Monday, we were told the pool was down for maintenance & would be reopened Tuesday, as I figured, it never was. I booked a hotel with a pool, had I been told there would be no pool, we would have stayed elsewhere. The whole place was dingy & not very clean. The air conditioning and the way the room was setup was stupid. The only bathroom was in the bedroom. The only air was in the bedroom and was an under the window unit. I don’t know what kind of people reviewed this place to a 8.0, for me it was a 2.0, and that’s being generous. There were also some very sketchy people outside acting crazy all night, pretty sure at least one went to jail! I would sleep in my car before I ever stayed here again! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Old and run down

The floor felt sticky pool was way too cold elevator was very slow there was water leaks in the stairs

The bed was awesome! Plenty of room! Location was great. Breakfast was good. Some things could possibly be remodeled, or perhaps upgraded but there were a few cosmetic things in our room that were displeasing but they didn't affect our stay really. Oddly, our room did feel damp most of the time, but the temperature was comfortable overall. For the room we were in which was a larger suite, I was surprised at the size of the bathroom in comparison... it could have been a little larger to be more comfortable.

The room was spacious with good daily housekeeping. Unfortunately, the common areas of the property such as the elevator, lobby, entrances etc. were pretty run down and unkempt. The front desk clerk was helpful with an early check in and the breakfast was above average for a hotel in this price point. Overall, the property could use some significant investment in regards to its aesthetic.

Good just needs some general maintenance attention overall

Got the room for a good price, breakfast was nice and staff was all friendly. It was not very clean or well maintained. Our room had ants that kinda took over the desk area and TV stand/dresser area. The bathtub was grimey and not well kept. Paint was peeling off walls. Wasn’t horrible but also wasn’t what I would have expected even for a decent price.
