good stay

My only request is the outside sitting area get updated.

Was not good my TV was not working I called front desk lady who unseeded was rude and no one came to fixed the TV when I paid for the room the hope was that everything works I will need some kind of compensation for my bad experience.

The property is in need of renovations, particularly the guest rooms and some of the amenities. One of our biggest concerns was the mini refrigerator. It appeared to run on an energy-saving timer and would automatically shut off after about two hours. This created a major problem because one of our family members had medication that required continuous refrigeration. Other inconveniences included: * No microwave in the room unless requested. * No bathroom exhaust fan or ventilation. * Outdated room amenities overall. We stayed on the 7th floor during a weekend when the hotel was hosting a children’s beauty pageant. The elevators were constantly overcrowded, slow, and often full. We ended up using the stairs several times a day just to get to and from our room, which was exhausting. Overall, I believe this property would greatly benefit from updated facilities and improvements to guest convenience.

Stayed from July 16-20. Room is okay clean, no microwave, the mini fridge does not get cold, I guess there is 2hr timer if you want to chill it. The hallway is hot seems like the AC is not working properly. The pool need some maintenance and the jacuzzi was close when we were there seems like it hasn’t been working for awhile. Double check on your receipt when you check out. They over charged us. Good thing I double checked before we left since I already prepaid everything. Parking fee is 10$ a day as well if you bring your car.

The room was a bit banged up. Scratches and marks on furniture throughout the room. Everything felt outdated compared to other hotel stays. The mattress also was a bit lumpy and sunk a bit in the the middle. The hotel pool needs some repairs/cleanliness.

I don’t see anything wrong I have good experience

Beautiful facilities, absolutely exceptional staff, delicious breakfast/brunch and nice indoor pool.

Excellent breakfast buffet, lots of parking, hotel in a quiet spot but very close to freeway access

A little out of the way but very nice and well keep property. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms were nice we were afraid at first because as we approached our room we could hear the family across the hall in their room but once we were inside with door shut we could no longer hear them.

Room was big, beds were nice, over all I enjoyed this room. I did not like that there was no microwave ... THIS IS A BASIC REQUIREMENT

You can tell this hotel used to be fancy and upscale. They could definitely do some upgrades to bring back its former glory.

This is the third time I stay there. No complaints food is good and staff are nice .

Very nice and comfortable stay. Nice staff and clean. Things are a little worn but it has the old school charm.

How friendly the staff was The ac vents were dirty and there was some dirt in different areas of the room but it really isn’t the biggest of deals. The bed was clean so that’s important. The shower drain didn’t look the best.

I’ve stayed here many times. No major issues.

Need to have free breakfast like my reservation said
