Wyndham Garden Louisville KY

I'm not one to generally complain but this was not a great experience. We were charged an extra $30 to check in 1 hour early. The shower hadn't been cleaned as there was a travel bottle still in it from the previous guest and hair. I spoke with the front about it, they sent someone to clean but all they did was change the towels out. The hallway looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks and there was debris in the carpet everywhere. Breakfast was basically non existent. There was no coffee, enough eggs for 1 person, and nothing else. Also the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for about 15 minutes. Thankfully no fire but no apology or explanation from staff. Overall disappointed with the experience and wouldn't recommend.

The hotel was not the cleanest, which unfortunately feels like the norm these days. The hotel ran out of clean towels. Then, to top it off, the fire alarm went off at midnight for about 20 minutes. There was no all clear given nor any communication whatsoever. Also our room door wouldn’t lock/latch on the way out.

Centrally located

The rooms aren't very clean. The breakfast is subpar at best. The hotel didnt have enough towels.

It was ok The meat

Lobby was clean and bkfst was ok. We arrived at 1130 pm after 9 hr long drive. Upon entering the room everything was wet feeling. Floor was wet, sheets, pillow comforter. Tried to deal but couldn’t. Went to hotel desk and asked for different room she apologies and advised only room left she didn’t know what to do. Asked if I could have some different sheets to at least try to sleep.. She confined we are in king. Gave us flat and fitted sheet go back to room strip bed and the sheets don’t fit. Go back out to exchange and they stepped away and wouldnt be back for 20 minutes. So we placed the flat sheet on the bed and covered up with the wet comforter. I am assuming the air wasn’t tuned on soon enough causing the wetness but at 200 a night Not acceptable. The hotel room door also didn’t feel secure as you could see all around the frame.

Not a bad hotel. But there were occasional roaches and had to go down to the front desk for new towels every day.

Nothing. This is insane Cockroaches. Lack of towels(zero shower towels) no shampoo, no body wash. And literally cockroaches

The floor was sticky. The shower floor was dirty and that was open soap laying around which is probably from the previous people

Very good

Location was ok, breakfast was good, property was clean. Only issue the front desk is most of time empty. You won’t find anyone if you want some help.

Rooms were poorly cleaned, especially bathrooms. Shower trap had hair and large pieces of debris, hair on walls, etc. One room had mold growing everywhere.... when reported, staff said she'd report it but couldn't do anything about it.

Needs a little more options at the bar.

Overall, the room was nice, however there was still dirt in the shower where water and soap collect at the front. It did not feel there was significant cleaning between guests.

I had good experience with the same brand hotel chain in China. But wasn’t impressed by this one.

Not a very nice neighborhood- nowhere to take a walk - had to drive everywhere for restaurants and shops.

Very clean and a nice area. Breakfast could have been a little better.

House keeping wasnt done at all for my 4 days stay. Didnt have proper body wash first day. Also the breakfast was just okay.
