This Hotel, don’t follow their rules.

The person at the front desk when I checked in was not friendly and the breakfast was mediocre. This was easily the worst of the 5 hotels I stayed at on my trip to Tennessee and the only hotel that I am reviewing. I will never stay at this hotel again and I am surprised that it is part of the Wyndham chain of hotels.

Good stay. Very professional and pride

Staff was friendly. And located near I-64 was great way to get around town. Hurstbourne Parkway is full of restaurants. I will definitely stay again.

A little hard to find, but once I did it was great. Best of the 5 hotels on my trip.

The gentleman that checked us in was very sweet and helpful! Hotel room was clean and super comfortable!

Newly renovated rooms, comfortable beds and clean rooms. Offers hot breakfast but very limited options specially for kids. Reception is not very friendly, always on the phone and does multiple jobs at the same time so need to wait until she's back at her desk. The venue is behind an event center and it's very loud at night. We only stayed for a night to sleep after 24 hours long drive and it was loud. Fell asleep while the party is still going on.

The hotel is adjacent to an abandoned hotel, almost connected. They have a bar but when I asked for a beverage, they said it wasn’t open; never opened it or stated why it was closed. The staff was friendly.

You could tell it was newly remodeled , decently size rooms. Clean. Hallway and elevator floors could be cleaner. Room was good, bathroom a little small. Overall good for the price.

This Wyndham was a little hard to find but when you arrive to when you leave, they were really great!

Do not bother with the breakfast. It is poor quality - they even managed to screw up cereal. The milk they had set out was spoiled and the cereal was stale.

Everything was great!! As we expected.

The Wyndham Garden on 1776 Plantside Drive in Louisville did not meet the satifaction that I expected. Although the beds did look like the pictures in the advertisement and the gym, there were many aspects that did not. First, there was no AC in the lobby where check and breakfast was served. It was very uncomfortable. Our room was air conditioned but there were stains on the cieling from a previous guest. There was no counter space in the bathroom, only a rolly cart. There was dirt on the floor. The gym had a lot of equipment, but one treadmill was not working and the TV on the one I used was not working. There was also an empty water container that needed changing. After my workout, I went for breakfast and this is where the hotel failed the most. There was no coffee in the 25 minutes that I waited. The pancake machine was broken. There were no eggs, no biscuits, and no orange juice. I felt what was advertised and what was delivered was entirely miscommunicated. I would not reccommend this hotel if you are looking for a good breakfast. Plus we paid almost $300 for this experience and not worth the money.

Staff was nice but it was dirty. We had hair everywhere in our room and on the walls and floor of the shower

Location was good, bed was comfortable, shower was great and good water pressure. AC was wonderful. Staff was friendly, and the price for the room was good. Overall stay was great. Thank you. Checked in late and asked if I could do a late checkout the next day if I changed my mind and the guy that checked me in said sure, it won’t be a problem, just call down to the desk before 10:00 am, so they can leave a note. I do exactly that the next morning and explained all of that and the lady I spoke with said it was not possible because that was a higher traffic day? Maybe, just a bit better on communication, overall everything else was wonderful and I would still stay again, pay for a late checkout up front with reservation next time.

The hotel room wasn't as clean as it should been. The floors seemed like they hadn't been cleaned. One of my towels had a hair on it and the sheets had a stain on them as soon as you turned the comforter down.

Conference Center next door… very loud music until 1:00-2:00 am.
