Mark and Jermey make you feel like you are a part of their family with great conversations with them and attention to details is present in every room. The food is out of this world. Woodhaven is a touch a heaven.

The breakfasts were made to order and extremely delicious and filling.

Clean room and property. Jeremy communicated leading up to our stay and the day of our stay. There a lot of options for activities but I only stayed one night to be closer to my doctors after surgery. Which is a great location! We will be back, we enjoy our stay. Felt like home.

Wow! What a breakfast. The rooms were also a feast for the eyes. They thought of everything. Added bonus surroundings are a lovely urban garden. Well done! Will try to return.

The included breakfasts were simply delicious! Everything was fresh and plentiful. The home is gorgeously restored with many original bits of architecture. We stayed in the Cupola Room over the Carriage House and it was private, quiet, and so very comfortable. The included nightcaps were also a welcome treat each day. There isn't a lot within safe walking distance, so be prepared to drive or Uber where you want to go. This is probably why the location is so quiet and calming!

If you are looking for an alternative to a hotel stay in Louisville, please give the Inn at Woodhaven a look, you will not be dissapointed!

Amazing and beautiful

They accommodated us for just one night - which was so appreciated. This is our second time staying there and will try to come back again. Jeremy also recommended dinner at Mesh / which was fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My husband and I were asked to move from our Garden Suite to a carriage stable after we checked in and his PTSD service dog became an issue of allergies for the other guests! We were the only ones there! So you tell me? They offered a bottle of wine for our inconvenience- BUT, I will be asking for a FULL REFUND! They violated his rights by not allowing us to have a service animal!

The breakfast was exceptional. This experience exceeded our expectations. Nothing. We will definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful fairytale stay! We had an attic suite for our babymoon. I can not imagine any better place for the occasion. Our suite were decorated in a “hobbit inspired theme” with arched doors and huge bathroom with a bathtub-jacuzzi! Our host Jeremy was very pleasant and kind to let us check in early. We had an electric kettle (it is rare in hotels in the US) in the room and could make our morning and evening tea without leaving the room. So much reminded me some place in Europe. Overall it was a fairytale-spa like experience and excellent choice for our event. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The Inn at Woodhaven was a wonderful place to stay. Jeremy, the host gave us a fascinating tour. Everything was perfect down to the last detail including complimentary sherry in each room.

5 stars all around. Great host, home, service, breakfast, hospitality, and I could go on and on. It is difficult to say enough about this overall experience. They truly are doing it right. And it’s obvious how much thought has gone into the details. Only thing on the wishlist would be larger bed in the room we stayed in(garden room). It would be more than fine for most but I’m a wide body. lol. They do offer larger beds in other rooms so completely my own fault for looking at that detail closer beforehand.

It was a pleasure to spend some time with Jeremy and Mark in their fantastic property. A historic mansion that has been remodeled to offer the best comfort, while keeping the flavor of the B&B experience. The bedroom had all necessary amenities and the bed was extra comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. They offer a menu with a few options, together with some treats available throughout the day. Common areas are very well taken care of, and the hot tub in the carriage house was definitely a plus! Great stay, great property, great hosts.
