No breakfast options Customer service was horrible

That they had locks on the doors Horrible location! Heard gunshots 3 nights in a row. Loud music bumping and people partying all night and nothing was done about it. People live there so they don’t clean the rooms or even supply anything you need. Toilet paper, towels , trash bags. You got to get your own. Just felt very unsafe. No one is ever in the office to help you and it’s always locked.

The staff was helpful The rooms where old needs updates and where dirty
-
Still have not received refund after more than a month Does not respond too messages, email, voicemails. Had fleas in the room
-
The people who work there are unprofessional and very rude
-
Some things need repair in the room but overall everything else is fine. The floor was very dirty.

Good place clean for the most part just soo much cigarettes everywhere and the smoke. Even though i was told the property had rules against smoking with fines, noone seemed to get fined. Also they have security but the guy literally walked to access points than left.

A los latinos.

The location The staff. They treated everyone there like they were criminals. Writing down license plates, giving out homemade citations. It felt more like I was being punished for being there rather than being a paying guest. The night manager thought himself a warden instead of somebody in the hospitality industry. And his goofy, subordinate “security” guard was peeking thru other patron’s windows without them knowing.

Well actually I like the people that stay in here they're pretty decent nice helpful very friendly that's honestly the only thing I can tell you I like about here. What I don't like is that they keep trying to charge my card at different times of the day for different prices were they cancel my bookings and keep saying they're for here when there's another location and then was supposed to honor the price for the room I had it on and booking.com and still charged me $447 and something in sense in our room was supposed to be $380 or $390 right in that range. Tax included. The staff keep coming to the door new and different staff when my niece is there alone telling her that they need to come in and check her appliances which we've been here now going on 3 weeks we've never put in any kind of thing for a broken microwave and we see how all the staff that they keep hiring going to one certain room with a key and kind of hang out down there it's kind of scary for me as an uncle to know my niece is there alone and this is happening when I'm not there. We stay at this place because it's convenient to where we live and my niece is very familiar with the area and the people aren't them issue at all it's your staff I apologize it's this hotel staff but my niece reports to me everyday because I work out of town and come back that a new person will come to her door almost daily and say they need to come in and she said they pulled up the app on their phone like they were just pulling up in town suites and tried to tell her they need to come in and look at her microwave yesterday and when she went to see if the order he turned his phone off real quick and said oh if it's okay then we don't need to come in. It's a young new worker that we've never seen here and we've never seen them again.
