Clean room, check in and out was easy,

The hotel needs an update. Well bellow what i expect, AND PAID, for a Mariott brand property.

I paid on Hotels.com app. When I used my card to secure incedentals, they charged me for the hotel room AGAIN. it’s been 6 days and they still haven’t refunded me.

Nice clean hotel! Interior(Lobby, hallway, rooms) is a little dated, but well kept. Will stay again

I'm soooooo disappointed with the entire experience, I will not be using booking.com again.

Staff was very very friendly and helpful, breakfast is amazing!

Room was clean staff was great

Good location, staff was friendly and helpful Breakfast was so so, they didn’t have cookies upon arrival like they usually do and ran out of hot chocolate. It got cold so wanted to use the heater, when we turned it on it smelled horrible! Turned it off to avoid stinking up the room!

Bad breakfast, they didn’t service my room at all. And never picked up front desk phone.

Check in clerk was friendly. Room was clean, but tv did not work & when I called to report it I was told a repair order would have to be made. However, it was 10 pm so I understood that.

The room was clean and smelled good. Everything was in working order. We had a handicapped accessible room with a walk-in shower, no tub. The shower curtain did not reach the floor, so the floor got splattered with water from the shower making it really dangerously slippery.
