the Airconditioning went out in the middle of the night. The TV had 3 channels to watch.

First room assigned was undergoing maintenance and not usable. Had to wait quite a while for a new room. The second room had an inoperative hallway light that was never fixed despite being promised it would be fixed. The breakfast was very poor and the coffee was not provided after about 9AM even though breakfast was until 10. The hotel felt run down and several friends were flooded out of their rooms on the last night of the stay.

I had to repair toilet that was constantly running. Upon arrival, ice bucket had a lot of water in it from melted ice. Shower was OK.

I paid on Hotels.com app. When I used my card to secure incedentals, they charged me for the hotel room AGAIN. it’s been 6 days and they still haven’t refunded me.

Nice clean hotel! Interior(Lobby, hallway, rooms) is a little dated, but well kept. Will stay again

The staff Our booking reservation was all jacked up. I feel that I was totally taken advantage of & lied to about the entire reservation. Once we arrived at the hotel, it was nothing close to what was posted/promised on the booking.com site/reservation. I'm soooooo disappointed with the entire experience, I will not be using booking.com again.
