Very good

This is why the are so great, we got to our room and it was obvious that the last guests smoked in the room, the front desk time changed our room immediately. And even followed up when I went to the lobby several hours later to make sure our room was good. The property is old and outdated but...very clean. Location is good, close to campus.

Carpet was freyed and dingy, toilet was not clean, rust stains in tub. Property desperately needs updating.

But the rooms are worn out- they’re in desperate need of refurbishment. Many of the fixtures in the bathroom are rusted and bent, and the room had a musty odor.

This hotel is clean but old and many items do not work. For instance, the elevator buttons do not light up so you're not sure if you hit the floor (but it did get me to the right floor). The breakfast was terrible. I've stayed at Hampton Inn's many times, this is the worst breakfast I've ever had. The hashbrowns (tatter tots) were inedible.

The front desk staff were great at check-in and check out the room was OK. However, the hallways and the stairs smelled like marijuana and there was no hand soap in the bathroom or no soap in the shower dispensers. The breakfast was good and served on time. parking was very limited and hard to find.

A little run down. Weed in the elevator, bathroom floors were really sticky, surfaces dusty, door to the room was very hard to open and close.

Place was clean, but run down.

The non-smoking room had a strong cigarette smoke odor. I contacted the front desk for assistance, but no one answered. The room was not suitable to stay in, so I had to find another hotel. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Got to room and tried to hang my clothes up. There was no cloths bar in the closet. The mattress is a 6 inch topper on top of box springs. Quite uncomfortable, Got up to take a shower and the water was luke warm at best in the shower. The sink had hot water. Reported the problem to the receptionist in the more. Nothing was done, no offer to change rooms. Talked to receptionist in the evening. He referred me to the maintenance man. The night maintenance man blew me off. Went to use the microwave. It did not work. I've stayed at this property before and had a good experience. This stay is way below the quality I expect from Hampton Inn.

Average condition but price fairly represents that. Comfortable bed and was quiet at night.

We have stayed at this property before and it has was a pleasant stay. We arrived at our room late and did not notice the condition of the beds until the next morning. The sheets were yellowed and the quilts were stained. The floors were dirty. Towels were worn and yellowed. There were cracks in the bathroom sink and rust on toilet paper holders. The staff was very attentive and changed our sheets when we requested clean sheets. The new sheets were still thin and yellowed but at least they were clean. Again, the staff was very responsive, just the condition of the room was not what we have always expected and received of a Hampton Inn property.

Room looked clean but the halls were very dirty. Decor in room was dark and there wasn't a privacy shade on the window so the room was either dark or you had to worry about others seeing in. The breakfast was off temp. Eggs and tator tots were cold and the yogurts and cream cheese were warm with no ice. Eggs were also sitting in an inch of water. However, the bagels, cereal and waffles were good. Staff was very nice and welcoming although I didn't need to interact with them much with the digital check in. If I had another option I would definitely consider trying it instead.

Close to lots of places to eat and shop and bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was ok. The coffee was a bit weak.
