It was all good. Accommodations were a good value. One of the most obvious benefit(s) - were the several excellent eating/dining choices within easy walking distance.
-
We had reserved 2 nights and only stayed one due to staff and accomodations.
-
has lost its way. Maintaining doesn’t seem like a priority here, which is sad, because it has pretty good bones still, and the personnel we dealt with were all very nice, helpful and friendly, just need to totally redo this hotel and bring it back to its glory days.

One night stay it was ok. Old needs updated. Not enough parking.

Floor and carpet was disgusting, patches on all the walls and doors, 6x6 inch hole in ceiling, loose outlets, dirty tables, "I could see old rings left from other cups, no hot water for shower, tv was not set up, old half roll of toilet paper toilet didn’t flush the way it should, no hangars no iron very little soap to wash hands, musty smell right away, no parking, headboard wasn’t mounted properly, bed is about 6 inches thick and really hard "used”, cold coffee , broken trim on walls in the bathroom and main room, I will tell everyone I know exactly what I just typed and recommend they find somewhere else to stay. This was hands down the WORST place I’ve ever stayed. I paid over 200 bucks for one night and was very disappointed how everything looked and smelled. Staff was not rude. They were ok. But No body asked how my stay was so I checked out and got outta there. Never staying there again.

My room was in the middle of a remodel and smelt of fresh paint. The toilet paper dispenser wasn't installed and door hooks were not installed yet.

Location Old and worn out.

This Hampton is hurting. It is dirty, outdated, worn, and not well maintained. Even the breakfast is not up to Hampton standards, there is no fruit or oatmeal, and other items they always have. Something had spilled on the floor of the elevator and it seems like concrete, it is stuck there in a nasty mess. Half the lights are burned out in the hallways, making the walk to the room dark. Piles of trash places outside room doors sit there for days. The ice bucket did not have a plastic bag and it had mold in it. It is time for Hilton to sell this one.

It’s easy to get too. I was disappointed in the condition of the property. I’ve stayed there before and it was always clean. This time things were dusty, the toilet was stained, elevator floor was covered in some type of adhesive.

Room was extremely dirty full of dust do not get the sofa bed !! It is basically a piece of metal when we got there it didn’t even have blankets for it I had to go down stairs to ask for some

it was in a good area the body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion, etc. were all empty and we asked 2x for them to be replaced/refilled. we asked the front desk and house keeping and were told by both that that they would refill them but they did not. the trash cans did also not have trash bags in them.

Overall good , lots of stores and eateries near by
-
This is the worst place to stay Dingy and dark the people working there very sketchy
-
This hotel is so old and run down it should not be a Hampton. Nothing was to standards Old, worn out furniture, dirty Carowinds, dirty door and entry, it was not clean and fresh abd 3 out of 4 soap dispensers were empty.
-
Room was clean, had no issues, could use some upgrades. We did not eat breakfast so no comment. Overall it was ok.

The room was dark and outdated. The fixtures in the bathroom (toilet paper holder and stability bars) had rust all over them. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off the walls. There was no inner liner for the shower curtain. The towels were dingy grayish-brown and most of the towels were stained!

Room was not very clean, there was trash from a previous tenant, walls and doors were filthy, two lights didn't work, the TV signal kept getting lost, and there were guests running and screaming back and forth through the hall u til midnight and management didn't do anything about it. I definitely wouldn't comw back to this location just due to the lack of cleanliness this hotel had.
