Toms need to be cleaned better. Gum in the sink, hair on bed and sink

The bathroom wasn't to clean There wasn't shampoo and the soap was already used and wet The door didn't close well and the lock didn't lock that well All of the towels wasn't there either

Excellent coffee; tasty breakfast bars & muffins. Everything was good.

3 attempts to activate my key card unsuccessful, had to have front desk attendant let me in my room. Less than 1/2 the shower head worked and water didn’t get hot, water that did shoot from the shower head felt sharp. Floors were sticky and fridge was leaking. Bed was squeaky and sheets had a musty smell to them. Overall poor experience, booked 3 nights stayed one out of desperation seeing how I checked in after 1:30am and checked out the next morning and stayed somewhere else. Worth losing money to find a cleaner place with adequate showe

It was somewhere for us to stay for the night. First the bathroom was dirty. The bathroom door did not have an outside door handle, we figured that out over night when we shut the door and couldn’t get in there after we need to needed to use the restroom and we had to call the front desk to come open it for us! The lady came with pliers and opened it and turned on all the lights! The bed was so uncomfortable! The curtain was falling off the rail.

Staff was helpful the ac worked Fridge was broke lost all my food i brought no cold water in sink bathroom door was broken paint peeling off the walls tv did not work door latch was broken took three days to move me to another room deadbolt didn’t work paint peeling off the walls no rags floor was dirty in both rooms didn’t clean my room the whole week in either rooms ice machine was broken

Didnt make it to the breakfast. Was all very good, cant think of anything I disliked.

No coffee maker.

Only muffin and coffee. They took a 100 a credit for ia deposit from me and I have not received 0

The refrigerators don't work

Well what i didn't li,e was with it being such a nice motel that they didn't offer a better breakfast such as a continental breakfast and they don't have a swimming pool with the heat they need a swimming pool and if they had a better choice breakfast I would probably think about coming back to stay

3 out of my 6 mornings there was no coffee. The young man behind the desk looked at me like I had four heads when I asked him for coffee. His response was to do nothing turn around and go to the back room

The bathroom light was real dim

The girl with the tattoos all over her arm at the front desk was very rude and very unfriendly. Facilities need to be updated and cleaned. Very filthy and the smell was horrible.

The room was clean This hotel is very worn down. Once you enter the elevator you can tell there has been no to very little upkeep. The hallways walls were stained and many chipped areas of paint. The walls in the room have been patched. Very bad job the kitchen cabinets were very worn down. the stove was very worn down. The refrigerator had water pooled at the bottom of the lower shelf and it was yellow. The ceiling in the bathroom had brown/green spots. The tub was worn down with a hole that was patched on the side. The pictures online are not whas not a true reprentation of the condition of the hotel and its rooms. The side chair was severely stained.
