The peace We were never asked if we wanted our room cleaned or got offered cleaned towels

Paint is chipping off on the bathroom door, rusty stove, rusty fridge door, holes on the curtains.

Later I got calls from the wrong hotel, requesting I amend the complaint. So I had to call back and start the process over to amend another issue caused by the representatives not doing their job correctly. I spent many hours on hold and being transferred again just to change the location of the complaint. Still no resolution has been found.

Nothing The location was right off access road and it was like being at a race track all throughout the night. At one point during the night (2am) hotel guest across from our room started arguing in the hall and then took it out into the parking lot, which was still disturbing. The bed linens looked and felt as if they were worn and dinghy. Pillow was molded into one round ball!

Location and price. The check in (to 30 minutes), the room (no phone connected, bed lights didn't work, no blow dryer, no carpet, stove looked terrible), the amenities, and the construction.

Once in the room, the tub was dirty, the sink had food crumbs in it. The trash hadn’t been taken out from the previous occupant. The tv wasn’t working. They came the next morning and fixed it - but it wasn’t working again by that same evening. Never came back in working. The beds and furniture were new but the kitchen and bathroom were pretty rough.

I liked the staff, they were very nice. I didn’t appreciate having to pay $100 deposit. I didn’t see anything about a deposit when I reserved the room.

Also, the breakfast was not good.

Convenient location. Good price. They advertised free breakfast- granola bars and packaged muffins do not a breakfast make. Also no coffee makers in the room as advertised. Room was also not ready at check-in time

I was in room 103... i slept in the bed closest to the bathroom. The bed wasnt all that comfy.The mattress was worn in (body indent). Allot of the channels on the tv didnt work. The Ac kept the room cool. But all in all it was fine for the occasion i was there for. The kitchen didnt come with any plates, silverware that the sign said it would.

The AC worked good They are very ran down and ragged rooms. The bathtub was dirty the shower pole rusted. The toilet didn’t flush unless you opened the lid and pulled the chain. The when you turn the shower on it sounded like a jet taking off. Only good thing was the AC worked great. The room smelt terrible also

Thought outside was fairly decent Rooms stunk , phone didn’t work, very run down look. Cracks in walls, ac nothing working very well. So call breakfast was a joke. Definitely will never stay or recommend to my friends

Didn't even stay, the room smelled like pee and the hallway smelled so bad of weed gave us all headaches The smell and general dirtiness of the place

parking was fine. staff said they were going to clean bathroom but nobody ever showed up. Room i paid for wasn't available and had to pay more for another. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. paid more for a room with BUGS all over the bathroom sink and counter. just a bad experience.
