The room was also missing several basic items. There was no toilet paper, only two towels for our group, no tissues, and none of the usual complimentary toiletries like soap or shampoo. We also needed sheets for the sofa bed. When I called the front desk to request these items, I was told to come pick them up myself instead of having them delivered to the room, which was disappointing and not the level of customer service I expected. Even though our room was in a designated non-smoking section, the hallways and elevator area smelled strongly of cigarette smoke the entire time. The one thing this hotel has going for it is its location. It's conveniently located right off the freeway and close to shopping centers and plenty of restaurants. The location is definitely a 10/10. Unfortunately, the room condition and customer service did not match the great location, so I would not choose to stay here again.

This place is disgusting. Room was never cleaned before I checked in. The bed was made to make it look clean. But the sheets, and pillows, had fresh stains everywhere on them. Sofa was covered in glitter and stains. Fridge didn't work. Carpet was sticky. Toothpaste and snot in the sink from previous renter. Hair everywhere. Broken toilet seat. Cigarette butts on floors in hallways. Staff was no help, and refused a refund for my booking. Expedia was no help either. And said they won't refund it because of their policies. Will never use Expedia again, and would recommend this hotel gets closed down

This time the key card once again did not work and we had to go to the front desk every day of our 3 day stay to get it reset. The TV wouldn't work with the remote. We couldn't get it to turn off so we had to unplug it. Then it wouldn't come back on. They finally resolved the issue the second day (the remote still didn't work but there were small buttons on the TV we could manually turn on/off). The carpet from the door to the edge of the bathroom wall was VERY sticky. We asked them to clean it, but they never did.

The amenities were not great either as their hot tub was cold and developed a thick foam on the surface and many bugs were contained in the foam.. this is due to open windows and no bug screens. I felt gross sitting in it. Before I went to the hot tub in the morning, I saw a worker going room to room before checkout time. Since I was still in my room, I asked he not go in to grab linens (no do not disturb sign available) and he said he wouldn't. I was briefly in the "hot" tub only long enough to get disgusted and then left. I was in my room drying off and soon after got a knock on the door from the same guy who said he would not enter my room!! My wallet was in the room and I am very glad I returned as he should not have been going room to room prior to check out time. All in all, my stay was horrible and was not offered any kind of refund or anything to make it right. I do NOT recommend this hotel AT ALL!!!

When I was in the bathroom, I was locked in. I could not get out and my mother had to come and open the door for me. I was able to get the room I had booked, the next day but only because I said I would wanted a refund and would go to another hotel. There was one towel in the room, no hand towels, no washcloths when we asked for more. We got two pool towels, which were like drying off with sandpaper. I will never stay there again.

The first room had an abundance of dead bugs all over the restroom floor. We were given another room, the refrigerator was not working, frozen ice dripping and not cooling and we asked for maintenance. The air conditioner unit ran loudly and continually, could not turn it off, and grew frost on the front panel while not cooling the room the entire time we stayed, (I took pictures as proof) and again, asked for maintenance. The room keys needed to be recoded several times each day. No working ice machines anywhere on site. No room service, we had to get our own towels. Trash was not removed from our room during the 4 days we stayed. We reported all to the manager, requested a refund, and were told we would not qualify since we didn't leave. We couldn't leave nor afford another hotel because we had already paid for the Ashmore! HORRIBLE experience!

A little disappointed in this stay. The staff person who checked us in was very professional and personable. The bed and sheets were clean as well as the bathroom. However, the room had not been vacuumed and there were goldfish crackers, a piece of meat and crumbs on the carpet. Something white was smeared on the curtains. Behind the nightstand between the beds was trash, q-tip, and overall very dusty/filthy. There was a heavy layer of dust beside the refrigerator and more trash and dust behind the shelving in the room. While the bathroom was clean the wall paper was coming off the wall. I have stayed at this place before and the rooms were much cleaner.

Our room was not clean. There was hair on the sheets, dog hair all over the furniture, and the floor was not clean. My mom and I were traveling together with my 4 year old and a man pulled into the parking lot, watched us unload and then backed out and drove by very slowly still watching. Then when we were walking down the hall another man peeked out of his room and watched us walk down the hall to our room. The lock on the door to go outside by our room was completely ripped off the door and it did not lock. It was so bad we decided to leave and not stay there. Two women traveling alone, we did not feel safe.

The pictures of the rooms & facility were much better online than what we found upon arrival. The bed was ok for sleeping. The A/C was incredibly loud when it kicked on. Outside temps were around 100, so was necessary to use. Breakfast was just OK. Ice machine was out of order. No remote for the TV. No daily cleaning or towel replacement like other hotels I have stayed at. Scariest part was the outside entry door to the hallway had no latch, so key access wasn't secure. 2 of the 3 nights we were there, someone knocked on our door around midnight. Saw thru the peephole a guy one night just standing there. Asked what he wanted but couldn't understand him & he walked away. Called the front desk, not sure what they did. Wondering if they are pushing drugs or prostitution. Saw one woman entering the unsecured door late at night with no luggage & scantily dressed. I would never stay there again.

The 2 days I stayed there were horrible. No ice machine was busted rusted and broke. The air conditioner was leaking water all over the carpet in my room.Told the staff the first day I was there and didn't even offer me another room. Then the key card wasn't working. When I did get into the room, packed my bags and left. Spend the rest of my stay in another hotel.

We reserved a non smoking queen suite for 6 people which wouldhave 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. We were given a king with a pull out couch. The front staff lady admitted they made a mistake but refused to fix it. Told us to get over it. Then told us to wait until she cleared her lobby after us waiting 1 hr for check in so she could call her manager to get us an additional room. We waited just to be told she wasn't calling the manager and we would have to deal with it or go somewhere else. This was the worst customer service ever. This happened 6/26/26 at around 330 pm

Everything was absolutely disgusting there. The locks on the windows were broken and there were no screens on the windows and we were on the first floor. The pool was dirty. There were cigarette butts on the window sill. We left right after we checked in and requested our money back! But low and behold "management couldn't be contacted" to approve the refund. They waited until the last day so they could say we used our reservation!! Scammy, terrible place! Stay away!!

First room they had to change me rooms there was toe nails all over the floor they did not vacuum, the bed sheets were not changed and were dirty it smelled like smoke and pee on the floor and hair and shower was black and dirty also curtains were brown stained. Second room smelled good and felt cleaner but was not vacuumed and the toilet had pee all over it and looked like dry blood on my bed sheets and floor towels were dirty. Also curtains looked stained and it was very dusty in there. And saw a man cleaning the room next to us and he said all the staff went home for the day and nobody could help me with the room until a couple of days.

The hot tub was not hot at all, which was very disappointing. The stay was ok other than that

The building itself is outdated but clean for the most part. Things just didn’t work. Tv connections were no good, always trying to connect. My remote wouldn’t work. The front desk clerk was somewhat helpful but didn’t really do what she said she would do. And none of the ice machines worked in the whole building. The continental breakfast was sparse at best with little effort in putting it together for its guests.

Location Management is not taking care of it. I had to remake the bed and the sheets were not properly put on. Air conditioner had front grill missing. Bathtub wall had tiles that we coming off. The direct tv kept freezing every 30 seconds for about 3-5 seconds. The curb appeal was very lacking.

The room was not clean. Cigarette ashes in several places. Furniture was in bad shape. Found lodging elsewhere.
