Rooms were clean, comfy room but parking spots gets full fast

Room was okay. Pigeon droppings everywhere and it tracks into the hotel. Limited parking and the spots are really tight. Breakfast wasn’t really that good as I’ve had at other Staybridges.

The hallway on the second floor leading up to our room smelled terrible. It was hard to breathe. We found out the next morning from the lady at the front desk that they have had an ongoing sewage issue for the passed 4 weeks. Wish we were told about it when we checked in. We also had someone above us who moved around so much until 3:00-4:00am. I didn’t get a wink of sleep until they stopped. There was also bird poop on the side door and all along the sidewalk leading up to the door. It was not kept up. Our entire experience wasn’t pleasant.

Customer service was wonderful getting to the room it had a slight smell of cigarette for a non smoking room breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast I would suggest getting one or two more waffle makers has there was a line of people at one waffle maker other than that the stay was meh.

Great place to stay and very friendly staff.

This hotel provides everything you need for an extended stay. The kitchen amenities are perfect when you need a little extra room. I recommend this property particularly for stays requiring multiple days for medical care. The location is convenient and within walking distance of numerous restaurants.

The only thing that was a minor inconvenience was the ac it only mildly cooled the room stayed at 78 degrees . But it was tolerable and I will definitely stay there again

Second this is a pet hotel where literally dogs poop in the hallways and the second floor where we stayed smells like a kennel so badly that the smell came into our room! We asked to be moved to a different room with no success and then when we called Expedia the customer support or lack there or said that they called the hotel but did not as I was in the lobby of the hotel speaking with the manager. We will never stay at another IHG hotel nor will we use Expedia for our travel bookings and both of them were horrible!

We stayed a couple of nights over the 4th of July weekend visiting family, everything went great except breakfast everything was either out or was waiting 15 to 20 mins to restock while the young lady that was there working breakfast sit at a table and played on her phone the whole time but room wasn’t a bad stay!!

Overall stay was good just make sure you don't fall for the "your receipt will be email to you." I never received a receipt and have been fighting for weeks to get one. Still haven't received it or any response from emails, calls and chats I've placed to get it. Booked plenty of hotels for our employees in the past and for the future will never use this one again!!

Booked this hotel for out of town work trip. Stay was good, facility was decent. At time of checkout it was stated that receipt would be emailed to email on file. Never received that receipt. I have called, emailed (guest relations which comes back undeliverable) & did on line chat to obtain the receipt. STILL HAVE NOT OBTAINED THE RECEIPT. In traveling for work receipt is needed for company expense report and just feel that it should not be this hard to obtain proof of payment. In the future I will be avoiding the Staybridge brand all together!!!!!

I was charged extra 100 for "incidentals" just for one night. That money gets lost somewhere if I don't call the bank or call the hotel. They charge you this money at check in but at check out they simply turn a blind eye. This norm is unfair. Hotel is OK. Bed is too soft. Walls too thin, you hear all noises from corridors and from rooms next door. Staff needs customer service training, while I was doing the check in, the front desk lady was on the phone the whole time not providing information. Location is good. I will definitely not stay here on my next trips to Lubbock.

Breakfast(with variety) every morning! Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday free dinner with a glass of wine! Rooms were very nice. Price was supper affordable especially for a suite with a 2 queen bed bedroom, separate living room, full kitchen with all nice appliances! Very comfortable beds.

The room was okay, the shower needed a new shower head. I asked for an extra towel and was basically told no that then I could steal it. So there’s that.. the location was good.

I found multiple issues with this Staybridge Suites room and property maintenance and upkeep that is subpar with overall quality expected at a Staybridge property. I felt that corporate offices should know along with the local property management. First, I picked this property because it provides washer and dryers. There was only one, ONE, washer in use that did not have an "Out of Order" sign on it. Second, we discovered over 7 roaches, bugs, in our unit #123 over the course of our stay. Third, the dishwasher did not have a utensil basket in it and did not work. Fourth, trash pieces were strewn and weeds were not kept up around the foundation of the building. Fifth,wear and tear on furniture pieces and carpet stains were more obvious this stay. I will not be staying here or recommending this property in the future. It is a disappointment to the brand.
