Room was not fit for human occupancy. Turned around and walked out. Returned to front desk and said noway. Girl did not seem surprised or cared. Returned key and asked for refund. She said call Expedia and get refunded. When Expedia called Crystal, she denied a refund and quoted no refunds. I got refunded!

The front desk staff set the standard. The young lady who checked me in was flawless, quick and efficient. My room was good and relatively clean. With that said, someone stuffed tissue paper in the bathroom vents that was not removed prior to my stay. A little attention to detail would have went a long way.

Rooms are outdated but clean.

This hotel has no elevator

Safe parking. Pleasant staff

Room was clean. Everything works. Staff at check in fast easy and professional. Parking lot clean and free of homeless. Quiet at night

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the place looked nice from outside, however: the room reeked of pine sol; the floor was sticky; none of the power outlets on the night stands worked and the A/C was annoyingly loud. The Quality was seriously lacking. You get what you pay for.

The employees were nice. The breakfast was good. Some of our outlets didnt work. No elevators.

There was absolutely nothing to like about this property. The hotel in general had this smell that made your chest & stomach hurt. Absolutely disgusting gum on the walls on the bed frames that they had no intentions on even removing the cleaning crew definitely could care less and so could the hotel. There where poop stains on the covers the floors looked like they had never been mopped and bars everywhere like they DID ABSOLUTELY NO TYPE OF CLEANING. the microwave looked like little pebbles of rat poop in there or just some type of bug poop. The mini fridge was disgusting. I truly don’t know how anyone could sleep or even work there when I tell you my throat started to get itchy from the smell this hotel had was terrible. We got room on the first floor at first I complained to front desk how disgusting and showed him everything because of course I took photos of everything. And he offered me another room upstairs I than go check that one out and there to where hairs everywhere and looked like it had also not been mopped. The fridge as well was disgusting. I have two little ones under 4, I promise you if you have kids DO NOT BOOK HERE. We had to end up leaving finding another hotel and when I mentioned this hotel to the new place we came to they said “ oh yes that place is disgusting and in a terrible area” therefore it obviously has a bad name. I check reviews everywhere and the amount of good reviews this place had is crazy. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

I didn't know when I booked the room that they didn't have an elevator! Of course, our room was on the second floor and hauling suitcases up the stairs is not fun. The place was OK. You can tell it's an older building and on the edge of run down. The shower definitely needs instructions! The knob to turn the shower on is like nothing I've ever seen before. It took a solid five minutes to figure it out. Overall, the stay was OK but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

They were putting down new carpet in the hall way, Saturday morning we woke up to carpet layers, banging right at our door. Our door wouldn't lock, even from inside, deadbolt either. The first night we only had the flip lock to keep us locked in. The next day they fixed it. The staff was wonderful, they were extremely helpful with every issue. The ownership of this hotel should have not allowed to anyone to be put in the room we were in. We couldn't be moved without going upstairs, there was not an elevator working to get you to the second floor. To old for that! This is the worst hotel I have ever booked through Expedia and I fill I should be refunded at least half of what I paid for all the negative situations. Also they advertised the pool open, but it wasn't. This is June in Texas, this was a big disappointment to the 16 ladies that stayed there for the weekend. We were there for a State Bowling Tournament.

It was nice. They were under construction which I totally understand! Shopping and Restaurants was very convenient! Staff was excellent and friendly! Breakfast was very good the 2 days we stayed, and ready by 6:00am! Parking was also convenient
