They was in the middle of redoing the rooms while we stayed, which is great. That definitely needs done

The only issue we ran into is there is no elevator. We were coming in late and the later you arrive, you get upstairs rooms. My Husband has a knee injury and having to walk stairs was an issue.

Clean room, helpful staff, needs better breakfast choices

issue came up with payment through Hotel system. had to cancel something to get the credit to run and to be accepted.

Our room had old food in the fridge, build up in the steam holes of the iron (which left a cool white stain in the middle of my black dress pants), and the “black out curtains” are about 1/8th of an inch short on each side, which allows a nice bright frame of sunshine in the morning.

this place is a poor man's paradise. I guess the front Commons or pretty good. The room was terrible. I was in room 124. It had a good showerhead it take me 30 minutes to list all the problems I won't be back.

The free breakfast was ok, no protein to speak of but the coffee was good. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would stay there again.

The hotel was decent for the price. The staff on check in was amazing. Super helpful and sweet. The room left a lot to be desired. It does look like they attempted some maintenance, but the paint job was worse than a landlord's special. They even painted some of the cords to the lamps along with the light switch and electric plates. The floors also had paint scattered on it so it made it appear that it had not been swept clean. The breakfast was a nice surprise. It was a normal basic hotel breakfast, but it was clean and there were not a lot of people crowded in the area.

The stay was average overall. The hotel was reasonably priced, but the cleanliness could have been improved as the property felt a bit worn and not as clean as expected. The staff was friendly enough, but the service was nothing exceptional. For the price, it was an acceptable stay. I got suckered in by the 8/10 rating. Don't agree with those numbers.

Trash can at both entrances were overflowing. Beer bottles on floor! Bath towels were falling apart. Such a disappointment especially with 2 teenage females.

I am very trusting, sadly, they did not honor their word to provide compensation of 50% discount for phone not working, toilet not working, then after switching rooms, hair in sheets, floor not swept, and inconsistent charges on my credit card. Hotel.com was not helpful either, making me feel used and disappointed they spoke to someone and created a whole different story from another staff member.

My room was great and I always try to stay here when I'm in Lubbock visiting my son. No issues at all.

We loved there, we ended up staying a few days longer. Nice staff. Especially the blonde girl that did front desk. And of course the housekeepers. Nice

Room was not fit for human occupancy. Turned around and walked out. Returned to front desk and said noway. Girl did not seem surprised or cared. Returned key and asked for refund. She said call Expedia and get refunded. When Expedia called Crystal, she denied a refund and quoted no refunds. I got refunded!

The front desk staff set the standard. The young lady who checked me in was flawless, quick and efficient. My room was good and relatively clean. With that said, someone stuffed tissue paper in the bathroom vents that was not removed prior to my stay. A little attention to detail would have went a long way.

Rooms are outdated but clean.
