Breakfast was a good start to the day. I would not dislike any thing.

Friendly people Floors in room looked like have been through a flood. Flooring was buckled up everywhere

Nothing Came in and the room smelt like smoke, the employees came and when they did they says “I don’t smell smoke but I’m a smoker so I’m not sure” and sprayed febreze and left. Our towels had weird stains. We asked them to clean our room because the floor was sticky (not by us) and turning out socks black, they only took out the small trash can. My husband had to go ask the front office for a broom so we could sweep our own floor. This was the weekend we got married and this hotel was the worst part of our wedding. Take this place off you’re website for everyone’s sake

The hotel was in the middle of a remodel, which is understandable, but our room was flat dirty. After finding a second employee to ask to have it mopped, they finally clean the floor in the bedroom, but not the bathroom. We will not be back.

The staff was nice, the room felt clean (1st night), and it was a good value for a weekend where everything was marked way up. I would have given a great review except for the fact that a stranger entered our room when another guest was given our key, then (I guess she was an employee but wasn’t dressed as one) came and questioned who we were. Mam, who are you? You never announced yourself as an employee and then questioned why we were in OUR assigned room. Mistakes happen, but handling them professionally matters. Lastly, we stayed 4 nights and never had housekeeping come.

I booked for 3 nights for a wedding that I was attending. The first day of our arrival,Friday, it had rained a lot. The first day we left for the day and returned early afternoon to find that the bed was wet. The ceiling was leaking and it leaked onto the bed. I informed the front desk of the issue, I asked to be moved to another room and was informed that there were no rooms available. I was upset as we were there for a wedding and that the precise moment my family and I needed to get ready for the rehersal dinner. Luckly we had reserved two rooms. Grabbed our belongs and crammed ourselves into the second room. Front desk informed us that we would be refunded for the room, the least that they could do, and the room was to be locked because of the leak. Come Saturday morning, the room was in use again. Less than 12 hours. Not once did management reach out to check in on us, as to insure the customer's satification. I have worked in customer service for over 30 yrs, and I know the value of making sure my customers are satisfied with my service. As for the cleaniness, we had to sleep in the pull out sofa, it was disgusting. You can tell that it has not be cleaned it quite some time. Overall very displeased ex-customer.

Two nights for$681.00, recommend by YOU, at a property that was being upgraded, paint all over the room’s floor, furniture that should be tossed out. Totally disappointed with the hotel and for you not advising people of this. Shame on you !!!!!

This is the worst place ever. The floor was taped down with black tape that I almost tripped over twice. Poor lighting, probably to hide how dirty it was. Dust and dirt everywhere. You don’t need a key to get it, even if you have the inside locked. Found a spider on the shower curtain. The place smelled like it had recently flooded.

Walked in our room and pulled sheets back...Food under the sheets and blood yes blood on the sheets. Checked out immediately. Called Hotels.com, got a complete refund good for them terrible for the for the place.

. Coffee Construction being poorly done. Old bathtub with rust on the outside near floor. Sticky floor that needed mopped. Very expensive for such a crappy facility. Will not recommend

Location is always convenient and quiet. Room floor was dirty, sink and tub did not drain well.

I loved everything about my stay. I even booked for an additional night. Crystal and Juanita were terrific! The housekeeping staff was also very friendly. The pool was lovely, the only thing lacking was the hot tub. It probably needs a little tlc but it didn't bother me a bit. It was too hot outside anyways. The breakfast was good, we had plenty of towels. The sofa bed was clean when we pulled it out (sometimes that is not the case). I will be staying there anytime I visit Lubbock in the future. Oh yeah there was a woman training for front desk who was also amazing.

I had a great stay, Crystal and Juanita were terrific. Breakfast was good. I wasn't sure if I would like the scrambled eggs (I am weird about eggs) but they were really good. Our room was clean and we had plenty of towels, Everything in my room worked. The only thing I saw that needed some repairs would be the hot tub. I would absolutely stay here any time I go back to Lubbock

The nightly rate was very acceptable, as was the location. Though on on a very busy frontage road with automobile repair businesses and restaurants, the location was very close to attractions and family. For breakfast, coffee, juices, fruit, eggs and biscuits and gravy were available, along with cereals. The hotels breakfast was just OK. Breakfast hours were from 6:30 to 9:00 which is quite acceptable, however there was no bacon or sausage. Also, if a person did not arrive before 8:15 or so, you were out of luck for eggs. Eggs were not kept available throughout the morning. The coffee was weak, but readily available.

We arrived late and our rooms lock did not work. We talked to the front and they said they would let maintenance know. The next day maintenance never came and we had to leave the hotel to go do what we needed to so the attendant said they were change our room as soon as one became available. We left and came back in early afternoon but they never told us anything. My sister stayed in the hotel to sleep a little while I left the hotel again to go do some things. I came back around dinner time and still nothing was done. I went and talked to the attendant and they had no idea of our situation at all. The previous employee didnt even let them know. The new attendant finally had a room available and so we got our room changed. It was a whole day of our room unlocked except when we were in it. Even though the hotel is non-smoking the first room smelled like it. The second room did not and looked in better condition. They never gave us a discount and so we payed full price still.

Very spacious room and bathroom with lots of counter space. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Great value.
