Embassy Suites Lubbock

We travel to Lubbock frequently, and this is the first time we have stayed at Embassy. We will be staying here from now on. Overall, great room, great breakfast, super clean. 5 stars!

My room was hot and when I went to ask the front desk to see if they could do anything and he gave me a damn box fan!!! TRASH! It’s and old hotel and smells old! I need to propose a new design as a designer they need help and the front desk guy was rude!!! Breakfast was good!

Horrible place. Old, dingy, strong odor and not clean.

Sink stopped up in our bathroom. Room 222. Door was difficult to opens commode ran a lot. This hotel could do with a little remodeling and new furniture.

A good value to stay

Trey and Lorraine were amazing at the front desk! Both were very friendly and helpful. The bartenders were awesome as well and all the staff were friendly. Highly recommend

The room was dated. The air conditioning was minimal at best. Staff was friendly.

The staff are always excellent. Every member whether maintenance, housekeeping or wait staff are always friendly. Some of the rooms could you some updating and more maintenance. We see that this is being addressed and can't wait to see the finished product.

Our stay was excellent except for the air conditioning. It got warm in the bedroom. Maintenance came and fixed it, and it worked a little better. Rooms, staff, breakfast and Happy Hour were great!

Staff had great customer service and friendly! The printer/scanner machine in the office center was not connected to the computer in the room.

The staff was amazing! But I swear this hotel has never been updated. The beds were awfully uncomfortable, and creaked very loudly. The air conditioning didn’t get below 80°. Ceiling tiles were broken, carpet was sticky, there was mold in the shower. My daughter will be at TTU for the next 4 years, and I will not be staying here again. My sleep is more important than 2 “free” happy hour drinks.

Typical embassy suites vibe. Older place but the staff was amazing and so friendly and accommodating. Busy vibe for the cocktail hour with great service. Breakfast was clean, plentiful and delicious. Bed was comfy! Older place-needs some renovations. A bit stuffy/dusty, and no extra pillows for us but answered promptly when i texted to ask.

Always enjoy staying here. The rooms are great for our little family. Enough space so we are not feeling crowded. Happy hour and breakfast are always fresh and there is something for all of us! This is the only place we stay when we travel to Lubbock.

The staff was excellent, kind and friendly. However the key cards barely work. Took me two minutes each time to get into the room due to faulty locks on the door. The AC does not work very well at all. It was quite humid and warm in the rooms even though I set the AC to lowest setting and had it on. The water in the tub ran the whole time. The breakfast was meh. Although the hotel was clean and the staff was nice the hotel definately needs some upgrades done.

Great

The place is really dated. All 3 ice machines were broken or didn't produce ice. Overall stay though was good and adequate for the 1 night stay. The food was good and the fitness room was better than most.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Otherwise clean with friendly staff and great breakfast and happy hour.
