Great stay! Clean rooms! Family friendly!

One morning, as we were leaving for the day, a staff member was cleaning the room next door and saw us leave. However, when we returned at the end of the day, our room had still not been serviced. These repeated issues negatively affected our experience, and unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay.

Trey at the front desk was most helpful and friendly, especially after a long day on the road. Thanks again.

Room was old and run down, which is too bad since the Hotel cool in the lobby and has a lot going for it. The room was moldy and when we adjusted a nightstand, it released an odor that smelled like a dead animal. Good location, but will stay somewhere else when visiting. Front staff was very helpful

Really cool hotel. Was everything we needed. We will definitely make this our place to stay when we visit.

you guys might want to check behind the dressers it's pretty disgusting.

Need some changes in the rooms

The air conditioner didn't work the room was hot, I understand that the weather didn't help but that's why we wanted to go to the room and cool off. Their solution was to give us box fans it was a good idea but they are too noisy.

Everything was AMAZING and very beautiful

The Embassy Suite staff were the stars! The check in process was easy. The rooms were clean and the bed was perfect. This is our favorite hotel.

The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast buffet was full of tasty treats and the omelettes were delicious! I will definitely stay here again.

Clean room, very friendly staff, and a nice touch with the welcome screen, different from other hotels. The pool and jacuzzi were in good working order. The breakfast was great.

Tub was old and shipped and didn’t drain. I took a 3 MINUTE shower and the washer was ankle deep. Curtains had water stains on them.

Staff were excellent. Amenities were in good shape. However the rooms could use a deep clean, especially doors and walls. Overall fine for a day stay.

Friendly staff and great amenities! The rooms and building are a bit worn and dated but still one of our favorite places to stay in Lubbock.

Decor is a bit out dated.
