There was a parking everytime. It was full of night walkers
-
The room smelled of stale cigarettes. No washcloths! McDonald’s cups is what was left for customer’s use

There was a continuous noise factor going on. At one point there was a drug deal being discussed around 3:00 am and people speaking loud and loud music being played. There was also a homeless encampment on the corner (2) doors down from our room. The TV would go off and on when trying to watch something and the toilet was not secure. The mirrors were not cleaned and the "smoke free" room smelled like cigarettes. The telephone was not even working. There was only (1) bedside table, no headboard on the bed. No coffee maker and the hair dryer was sparking inside (a hazard for sure) and made the most horrible noise! Everything! The door did not seal properly and daylight could be seen around the door.

Nothing The lights in the bathroom area did not work neither did the electrical outlet. Bathroom had a small hole in the wall, tub could have been cleaner.

Customer service when arriving Sheets were dirty, hairs stains, bad smell
-
The room was dirty, there was a lot of smoke, the sink was thick and dirty water was coming out, with plague, with food and hair should focus more on cleanliness and comfort.

They offered me a smoking room instead, even though I was traveling with my family and kids. I immediately started calling nearby hotels to see if anyone had availability, but everything was fully booked. My kids were crying in the car, it was late, and they were exhausted after a full day of travel, it was time for bed. In the end, I had no choice but to book another hotel at more than double the original price just to have a place to sleep. It was an absolute nightmare.

Nothing Everything. We didn't even stay there that night. Wasn't even there an hour and decided we were not comfortable staying there. Obvious drug activity all over the property. People are living in the rooms. The room was absolutely disgusting, bed was obviously never cleaned, sheets amd towels were sp stained I would not use them. There were cigarettes in the none smoking room. I felt unsafe and that my car was probably going to get stolen. This hotel should not be in the Choice hotel line up, it's a drug and prostitution ring.

There was nothing to like. I did not stay. I had to book a different motel. The 1st room they gave me was covered in food trash, nothing was cleaned, beer bottles everywhere, and used condoms on the bed. The second room was filled full of Marijuana smoke leaking through the wall from the next door room. I went and got my money back and left.
