Best thing: front desk attendant allowed me to check in 45 minutes early. She was very nice. I was on the 4th floor. Ice machine did not work. Blow dryer in room did not work. Went to lobby to purchase water, dt. coke, etc....Would only take cash, no debit card. Overall, I would go 3.5.

It could have been cleaner

Everything was great til the last day and the elevator was out. Was very inconvenient being as we were on 4th floor and one of group had just had hip surgery.

Passable

Location The property looked old inside, the carpets looked dirty and felt dirty. We were on the third floor. The ceiling in the bathroom had been sloppily repaired. The towels were threadbare.

Location was great. Overall, the facility was good. Breakfast was not. I have been charged 2 deposits of $100 each. The last one was today, August 9th. I checked out this morning around 9am. Why a deposit? I want my money back!!!

The facility was clean. The staff was polite, but the cleaning staff kept asking if we were checking out the morning we left as we were packing our car. This was early-around 8 AM,-so it wasn't like we were running behind. The room was really small, and the hotel overall was very noisy. We could hear other guests coming and going, opening and closing doors until late at night. The location was not the best. It was off a major roadway but was kind of rundown. I would not stay here again.

Breakfast was plain in taste.

Property was listed as “pet friendly” and when I arrived at 11 pm to check in they told me my pet was not allowed. They then refused to give me a refund.

Very nice for an inexpensive motel. Very convenient location to the interstate. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious. Breakfast was good, but not great.

Poor

The room was clean. The deadbolt on the door was broken in the room we stayed in. Breakfast was ok. The elevator unfortunately stopped working during our visit. We normally stay at this hotel during our visit I’ll admit I wasn’t as satisfied as I normally have been in the past.

My family got stuck in...

The elevator went out right after we checked in. I am an older person with COPD… We were on the third floor and it was difficult for me. I thought people should have been compensated for this …. Even a slight discount on our rates would have helped for the inconvenience…..I understand these things happen….but customer service is important to me !!!
