Decent, basically clean, nice but not managed with much attention.

Absolutely nothing the girl never gave me my refund so I paid for a room I didn’t even stay in Everything and the front desk attitude

You get what you pay for. While the rate was budget-friendly, our stay had several issues: water damage on the ceiling, a noisy AC unit that struggled with temperature control, and dirty surfaces with visible smudges and fingerprints. The 4th floor hallway was hot and humid, and our toilet ran nonstop with warm water, making us get swampass.

Hotel was great, breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast. Price was right for the weekend.

A great place to stay. We will definitely return!

Pleasant

Decent stay just not as pleasant as other hotels I've stayed at in Lubbock, which had been many! Staff wasn't friendly, room smelled terrible, only had a half a roll of toilet paper in the room, bathroom is small, shower head was annoying, AC made weird noises amd only cooled when lower than 70°

The breakfast killed my excellent rating. The eggs were practically inedible and the gravy as tasty as sludge. The biscuits were teeth breaking.

Walls too thin. Can hear all the conversations and television from neighboring rooms. No sleep for me or my boys. Terrible night for what I paid. I should be reimbursed!!!

Nothing Breakfast was horrible

Not sure about security. At night there was a man loitering and apparently drinking beer in the parking lot with his truck running until after midnight, who then used the lot to relieve himself, and when I called the front desk to alert them I only reached voicemail and never had a response.

No compliants from me. I would stay again.

The tvs in both of my rooms didn't work properly. The phone in one of my rooms didn't work.

Very pleasant staff. Hotel location convenient for football games. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and would stay again. Go Coogs!

The $40 early check-in fee was ridiculous. I realize it's common to charge that but the room was actually ready. So I've crossed that one off my list for future stays

Close to our college students' campuses Breakfast was just okay....ran out of some food and took a while to replace
