The room was clean 👌, but the hot water was between warm and hot and not much pressure on the shower head. The front desk guy is not very friendly. But overall it was good for the price

This hotel was so awesome pool was good and the staff didn't harass us or bother us all three days we were there,we are a big family and met there so it was like 8 kids altogether and they never made us feel unwelcome as we have stayed at other hotels where they're rude and look us down because of our family size, they were all courteous and nice to everyone, will definitely choose this hotel anytime I have to stay in Lubbock again 🙏🙌

Clean property and friendly staff
-
Fairly convenient location, was just an overnight stay. And I got in very late.

The hotel was very clean. The carpet was showing some wear and the television cable was archaic, but for the price it is a good deal. I would stay hear again.

Easy to get to. Clean and comfortable beds.

The breakfast was much nicer than in other Microtels where I stayed. There were eggs, sausages, waffles, yogurt and fruit, not just fruit loops and packaged pastries. The breakfast room was very clean and light. My "accessible room" (I have mobility issues), was fine, but the bathroom was definitely designed by a non-challenged person: the shower was in the bathtub - no way I could have climbed in, the toilet had a regular, not a raised, seat and the grab bars were not placed strategically. Otherwise the room was fine.

Property was clean

Rooms were good and clean just smelled old. The ac worked really well. Close to downtown.

They do not refund the money if the dates are changed.
-
The request to change the dates and check out early was denied.

Ice machine didn’t work, parking was far from entrance, couldn’t see vehicle, staff not friendly. Room was good.

I was not above to stay there

Not what it looks like in the pictures. Dirty. Room was gross. Staff took 10 minutes to come to the counter for check in. Definitely gross.

The property personnel were helpful, especially the proprietor who was on duty all 4 days of my stay. My room was very dusty. I have videos showing the extent. The bathroom had numerous cracks in the grout on a number of places, forcets on shower fixtures ,cracks in the toilet seat questioning the spread of infectious bacteria. The toilet grout at the base was cracking leading to overflows of fluids from showering. I do have pictures and videos of these areas as I was disappointed in the upkeep of the facility, One major dissatisfaction was the BBQ facility. I received rave notices of how this was going to be a class event for me and my family who were the reason why I came to Lubbock. I was promised use of a BBQ area. However, when I examined the area I thought it was an old not useable area. It was filthy, pipes broken leading to limited if not any access to the amenities. The floor area showed no sign of maintenance and the grill was a filthy greasy surface not fit for anyone, I also have videos of this disgrace. I was told that someone broke a gas line sometime ago. Despite have sent noticed to me raving about this great feature, it was an embarrassment. I will stop here as there is enough to work on for this facility to live up the it’s perceived reputation. Shame on who oversees the building the advertising and truth statements that bring the customers to this potentially award winning establishment. Back to step one I think. Disappointed guest.

Run of the mill hotel.

The room was clean the staff wasn’t the friendliest especially the night staff the shower was terrible you almost couldn’t even was yourself off it barely came out my wife tried to take a bath it took an hour to fill up so I ended up using the sink to was my hair. Thank goodness we were just spending a night between traveling. But I brought it up to the staff they just told me that they would have maintenance look at it but I seen in past reviews that it’s a on going problem
