Very comfy place

The staff was very kind. Stayed here before. Location is great.

Location. Room needs an upgrade. No breakfast.
-
Possibly new management. Pool was not open - half full of green water. Very old

The beds were comfy The shower had rust and was so slippery that if you weren’t careful you could slip and fall and there was a corner in the wall that sheet rock was falling apart

It’s located close to several fast food restaurants, Walmart and nice restaurants We booked a king however they put us in a queen. When I asked why, I was told that there were no king rooms available and I could either take the queen room that was upstairs or a double room downstairs. After explaining that we had prepaid for a king room which was more, they denied the price difference and explained I could take the queen room (that was cheaper!) or find different accommodations elsewhere. We chose to stay since it was late (roughly 10pm), we’d been driving all day (9 hour drive) and we were just ready to rest due to having to face another long drive the next day (another 9 hours). When asked where to park with a U-Haul trailer (4x8 trailer) they stated that we could either park on the street or unhitch the trailer (that’s what we chose to do).

It was a mixed bag. The hotel has a dark, small, unappealing entrance and foyer, and after checking in, you have to walk by the closed pool (which was half empty with murky black-green water), in order to get to the rooms. It gave us an uncomfortable feeling. The first room we were given had a disgusting tub/shower with about a 10-inch area of rust around the drain and black, moldy caulk and grout. We were given another room when asked, though a king bed was not available. The second room was fine, with a newer plastic molded tub area. The room was big and seemed clean but dated. The bed and pillows were surprisingly very comfortable. The a/c was very loud and rattling each time it cycled on, which was annoying. The breakfast was scant and horrible, and the coffee maker served watery, weak coffee. We ended up going to McDs for both breakfast and decent coffee.

The room was clean

Breakfast was pretty good. Had waffles, eggs, sausages, biscuits or toast, oat meal, juice, coffee, cold cereal.

This was about the only room that wasn’t so priced jacked for a concert. It was still way overpriced for what it was. The room was overall clean but definitely not kept up. The pool was disgusting so definitely could not have even used that had we been able to. In a pinch it’s an ok place but not some place I would seek out.
-
I chose this place because it had an eight star rating. That is not accurate at all. I would give it a two star. It was cheap and had a moderate breakfast.

For the price, place was great!

Easy and accessible
-
The breakfast was a granola bar

The staff was incredibly rude and discriminatory regarding the service animal traveling with us. Requiring that we provide the exact need for the service animal (beyond what is regulated by the ADA) and when doubting us simply to be able to charge extra monies, demanded documentation of the medical necessity. All of which is a direct violation of my rights as outlined in the ADA. Would NEVER recommend this hotel as the management and staff were unkind and unprofessional whilst dealing with this situation.

The staying was pleasant. Needs up grades in the breakfast.
