Breakfast was very nicely presented and it was obvious the person in charge of that takes pride in their work. The attendant was very mindful and cheerful.

Staff so helpful especially when you’re just tired and need to park and get to your room! They’re 5-star kindness makes our experience so worth it and breakfast 10 /10 clean room air condition all 10/10 we choose express because it’s affordable and we stay because they have 5-star customer care

The staff was nice. Room clean. But sink stopped up. Ice machine broken. No cereal, yogurt or toast because the “truck didn’t come”.

Check in was slow. Some confusion involving a second room. Bathroom had moisturizer only. No soap or shampoo. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable.

Everything was great, little disappointed that the pool was out of order.

Relatively new project in SE part of town with good access to major HWy. I have stayed here many times in the past. They are Not maintaining the property.

Room was clean and beds were super comfortable. However, the shower handle was terrible and needed to be repaired. Breakfast was ok options but tasted terrible. Powdered eggs maybe? Flavorless potatoes. Not great.

Stayed for just one night and had no issues. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great.

No soap. Sink would not drain properly. Pigeons all over the front entrance with poop and feathers everywhere. Carpet in hallway was dirty and so was floor and elevator floor. Staff was semi-rude and all ice machines were out.

The elevator floors were dirty as well as the walls. The carpets in the hallways needed vacuuming. I was surprised at the poor condition. I wondered if the hotel cleaning crew was short handed.

A night was okay on our way back to Austin!

The property appeared to have been recently renovated, and everything felt clean, quiet, and well maintained. I had a good night's sleep, which was exactly what I needed after a long day of traveling. Breakfast was included the next morning, and it was good. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again if I'm traveling along this route.

Very run down. Did not look like the pictures. AC didn’t work good enough in room. TV didn’t work. Internet didn’t work. Very loud. Barking dogs, kids running around slamming doors. Will not stay here again.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. After checking into our first room, we found a cockroach and had to be moved. The second room had a trash bag left on the floor and a spider walking across bed. To make matters worse, the room next to us was extremely loud late into the night. We reported the noise, and while the music stopped, the loud talking, laughing, and banging continued until around 4:00 a.m., making it nearly impossible to sleep. We were traveling with family and expected a clean, quiet place to rest. The staff did move us after the first issue, but the overall experience was very disappointing. I hope management addresses the cleanliness and noise issues so future guests have a better experience.

Property was in bad shape. Bird poop and feathers all along the entrance to the place. We traveled with a dog and the dog area was DISGUSTING!
