Poor condition No ice no towels in no working sink had changed room three times not clean

We really enjoyed the breakfast The temperature of the hotel stay was too hot the pool didn't work and the hot tub wasn't working

We were placed in a room with a strong stench of cigerette smoke, stains on the beds, large hole in the bathroom wall, place wasn't cleaned before we came in.

Disappointing

Room supposedly for non smoking smelling very bad . The cleaning was terriglblr . Washed ro change the room and the 2nd was even worst . The receptionist said if we didn't like we would need to cancel the reservation .we stayed one night and moved to another hotel next day .

Exceptional

Of smoke was incredibly strong. There was no shampoo or toiletries in the room. Only a bar of soap. The bathroom was also very dirty. There was also a large hole in the wall behind the bathroom door.

Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Not exaggerating, the lobby was probably 120 degrees, our bob smoking room smelt like weed, so we asked to move and get a smaller room that had bugs and roaches. The pool water looked like pond water, no towels in the restrooms, ice machine and snack machines were all out of order. I would rather sleep in my car next time than to ever pay so much for that junk

I did not like anything about the facility. I was hot and dirty. They placed us in a smoking room when I had originally requested a non smoking. We booked the room for one night. Our air conditioner was not working. Went downstairs to ask for help and the front desk did not seem happy to help with our stay. She didn't offer us an option and canceled out reservation.

Nothing. We were double booked as were many customers and we were turned away rudely with no options for places to stay. The property was not inviting, did not feel clean or safe. The receptionist was rude and only concerned with herself. We were not even allowed to use the restroom after driving 7 hours.

Not a good hotel, most things were broken from the elevator to the air conditioning to the refrigerator. Stains on sheets, no soap or shampoo in the room. Hotel is run down and not all that clean

Very good

Easy to access hotel from highway. Breakfast was horrible. It was extremely hot inside where they served breakfast, ran out of everything and didn't restock. Room smelled like smoke and was non-smoking room. Staff left 1 towel in room for family of 4, when requesting more towels they only wanted to give 2 towels. Very very cheap, basically you get what you paid for here.

The place was terrible dirty, the bathroom was nasty the bedding was nasty. The whole place in general was discuss ting . It was the worst experience ever. We did not have the option but stay for the night there was no other places available. Collage kids moving in all the places were full.

Rooms stinks, No Towels, Dirty, spiderwebs everywhere

Absolutely nothing. They need an overhaul and remodel of the hotel. It’s bad at the days inn in Lubbock South.

No shampoo,wasn't very clean

Would be a pretty nice place if they vacuumed the rooms/couches. Not bad if you need a quick stay on a budget.
