Staff was nice but the hotel is not kept well. dirty. Our room was missing fresh towels and the sheets and pillows were stained.. there was hair everywhere..

Room was dirty bed sheets where dirty as well just not worth $100

My room had hair in the bed in two different rooms they told me they couldn’t do any thing I would like a refund

The people on the property were friendly and helpful. The property itself is in okay shape — the beds were decent, the shower was nice and hot, and the breakfast was a good mix of protein and carb.

I tried to get a refund cause there were extra fees I could not pay and the room type I requested they gave to someone else.

Disgusting. Smelled like weed. Pool was gross. Sheets were stained and floor was nasty. No ice machine, no mini fridge. Horrible.

Everything was not working and they had the remotes at the front desk because they had people stealing them and my tv was not working

Room want not clean hair was everywhere on floor only one hand towel when I asked for towels I was given only one large. That’s was for second room I got first room had horrible stained couch carpet was torn stinker like cigarette I stayed because I had no other choice I had to buy my own towels and disinfectant the whole room clean all the hair. They have no pride in their business

Everything was excellent but the only down side was the access of the pool it open at 3 pm and closed at 8 pm we couldn’t get in it was total bomber for us they need to extend the hours but besides that i highly recommend it

Breakfast was basic, clean room ac worked good. I'm disabled would have been nice to park at door was put inside. I had to go aways to get to room.

The location and staff were not bad but the rooms were not clean shower were not working no refrigerator in our room.

The hotel had no elevator and we had to juggle our suitcases up and down the stairs and all of our bags that we had made it hard and very inconvenient. The stay here was just horrible.

Need to replace bedding/pillows specially bathroom/remodel but breakfast was excellent thank you

Ac worked good. Clean sheets . Housekeeping missed providing clean bath towels and didn't vacuum Cheetos off floor from previous customer. And mirror was dirty but everything else top notch and will stay here many more times

Nothing A/C didn't work, the guy was actually hanging on the wall outlet. 2 towels, Wanted to change an extra$50 to check in a little early, even though rooms were available! They finally showed it amd also swapped rooms, it was smoked in. Breakfast was an hour late and when i got there the coffee was already all gone. I'm not a complainer but this was disgusting

Pool was closed. They didn’t have change for laundry room. First room the tv didn’t work. 2nd room the refrigerator didn’t work.

The pool was closed and it smelled like marijuana everywhere.
