Did not stay because was not allowed to and they pull that my card was declined and stole money from my bank card They steal from people

Rooms and beds No pool and no fridge, bathtub was clogged.

The location and staff were not bad but the rooms were not clean shower were not working no refrigerator in our room.

The hotel had no elevator and we had to juggle our suitcases up and down the stairs and all of our bags that we had made it hard and very inconvenient. The stay here was just horrible.

Need to replace bedding/pillows specially bathroom/remodel but breakfast was excellent thank you

Ac worked good. Clean sheets . Housekeeping missed providing clean bath towels and didn't vacuum Cheetos off floor from previous customer. And mirror was dirty but everything else top notch and will stay here many more times

Absolutely nothing. Worst hotel. Toilet was not in good working order. The hair dryer did not work. Could not adjust the temperature in the room. Breakfast was not good.

Nothing A/C didn't work, the guy was actually hanging on the wall outlet. 2 towels, Wanted to change an extra$50 to check in a little early, even though rooms were available! They finally showed it amd also swapped rooms, it was smoked in. Breakfast was an hour late and when i got there the coffee was already all gone. I'm not a complainer but this was disgusting

Pool was closed. They didn’t have change for laundry room. First room the tv didn’t work. 2nd room the refrigerator didn’t work.

The pool was closed and it smelled like marijuana everywhere.

How to get bad switched because they had stains all over the bed like it hadn’t been clean Homeless outside property , hot tub not working and wasn’t very clean

No ice machine, no luggage stand in room, no tissues in room, had to switch rooms because TV did not work.

Torn carpet. remote did not work and we were told to come back at 11 pm for a new remote or move to another room.

Not a thing When we got there we couldn’t check in cause they were “short staffed” and we paid the extra $25 to check in early, the rooms shower wasn’t working, they had to send someone to fix it, the ac only had one setting, they refrigerator did not work, no ironing board but there was an iron that didn’t work. VERY FRUSTRATING ?

Upon arrival we had to pay 50.00 for a security deposit. Was told it would be 5 days to get it back. Not on the website. Tears in carpet. Room smell of mold. Internet was next to impossible to login to. The water in the pool was so dirty you could not see the bottom. When we left there was no one at the desk. When she did show up she was rude. Will not stay at this hotel again.

The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in the last ten years, open wires in the bathroom, missing light bulbs, carpet was so gross we never took our shoes off.

We knew there was an issue when the person ahead of us in line chose to lose money than to stay another night. They had already moved to another room but still insisted in leaving. When we made it to the counter the young lady helping us was terrible. She told me the room was the opposite direction than where it actually was. When we finally found the room it reeked of cigarettes, the furniture looked to be right out of a crack house. I called the front office (the same lady responded). When I explained the situation her resolution was another room next door or spray the existing room followed by a room cancellation. The way she said it sounded as it being a reoccurring resolution. We obviously ran out and had to scramble to find another hotel. I only wish I had taken the time to take pictures to add to this comment.

Very filthy hotel . Piss stained old mattresses and uncomfortable. Linens were all stained. Pillows old, stained and uncomfortable. Broken light fixtures, filthy refridgerator, filthy floors, trim missing on floor. Shameful for such a well known company.
