Quality Inn & Suites Lubbock South

Pool is out of order. I stay here while I am traveling for work and had always been good for me.

Lots and lots of stains, bed mattress protector, carpet, chair & sofa.

The room was not horrible but it wasn’t great either. Stains on the couch and walls were dirty. The bed was clean and it didn’t smell bad but bed was super uncomfortable. The outside of the building looks promising but the rooms definitely need some work.

It is in a great location with easy access, and features a generous breakfast and spotless rooms.

It was exceptionally cleaned. The Swimming Pool was closed due to an inspector failure to show up in a proper manner. They’ve informed me that they were waiting for the inspector for 2 weeks.

We got in late booked for three nights. When we checked in the front desk lady was on the phone I heard her say the pool was closed which I wasnt told. But I did book online. however when the hotel confirmed my appointment nothing about the pool being down. I had my granddaughter and she was excited about the pool so of course I was disappointed. I asked her can we stay one night being it was late and refund the next two nights. she said talk to manager next day. before I ran my card I asked again if it was possible. she said it is possible if the manager approves it. well get to my room it was ok I guess you pay for what you get. carpet was tore, shower curtain had stains on it and a cockroach was flipped up under the bathroom vanity. well next morning comes I go downstairs ready to check out if we get a refund. I talk with the girl she says nope no manager available and that I was given the opportunity to leave last night. I told her the exact conversation she said nothing she can do without a manager and of course no manager there. I asked for a phone number she said I can take yours. Then said "well I will do it if you get your stuff and GET OUT in 45 min. we were already ready that was no problem. the problem i had was her rudness she didn't have to say it like that. then proceeded to talk under her breath and when I asked her what she was saying she said I am trying to help you. I guess as long as your trying to help you can be rude. I wont book here again

The pool was closed for maintenance. In my room the fridge in the room didnt cool. In the bathroom the facade on the sink was holding on by a thread. I was afraid to touch it for fear that it would break
