Nice place, GREAT staff, just a tad bit out of the way.

The pool was closed for maintenance. In my room the fridge in the room didnt cool. In the bathroom the facade on the sink was holding on by a thread. I was afraid to touch it for fear that it would break
-
Blood on the sheets I mentioned and got o e sheet bathroom toilet paper was 3/4 gone when we got into room. Ice machine was out as well l. I’m very very disappointed and would like my money back we traveled for softball and had kids as well as another family with us and nothing was helpful.
-
Our room had hair in the fridge and the shower comforter had stains on it, we asked prior to staying there if the pool was working and was told yes then when we arrived they said the pool had been out for a week and a half already when we addressed the manager on site she walked away with us and seemed annoyed we had brought any issues up with her and was completely unprofessional. Never staying at this location again.

The pool was closed the two days that we were there, which was not indicated when we made the reservation. I wish that the breakfast staff was able to take tips, she was wonderful.

Everything else was great.

Did not stay here At check in we saw that the pool area in lobby was closed. We asked the desk clerk and he stated they didn’t have a permit needed we specifically booked this location for the pool and hot tub amenities. We asked for a refund and were told manager would call next day and they did not.

Good breakfast No automatic doors

Understaffed but he did well.

This was the best hotel on my 21 day trip. Extremely clean, comfortable bed and hot water. Coffee maker in the room and a real hot breakfast in the morning in the breakfast area. Not to mention fast check in and out. EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE!
-
An older, dated property. The refrigerator did not work. What amenities? Breakfast just ok, no bagels. What was most irritating was dynamic pricing. $206 for a room that normally would be $78. Capitalism working at it’s finest.
-
Room was very terrible, sleeping with skepticism isn't cool
-
Most everything was cleaned and well maintained. There was a small blood stain on the corner of one of the comforters. While it was gross, I could see how it might've been missed. The breakfast was mediocre but enough to get us by for a bit.

Clean and well kept Had a roach crawl on my face early morning ?
-
The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky, the lamp had exposed wires, the room window glass was broke and taped up, the tv had a big blue line down the screen, curtain was filthy and bedding was definitely not cozy as advertised. We requested another room or a discount and neither could be accommodated. Disappointing stay for almost 3 times the regular rate with it being graduation weekend.

Nothin The room and hotel service are not worth the cost. We paid $250 a night and received a dirty room; the carpet was old and stained, the toilet wasn’t working properly, the breakfast was poorly prepared, the coffee was bad, and the gym had only a treadmill. I won’t return or recommend this place.

Our room smelled really bad, like old carpet. It was really strong. I think it’s time to replace and update. It made wonder how often the comforters are washed and switched out. My iPhone 17 brand new charging cord and Samsung cube are missing and I looked everywhere in the room. I left it plugged into the wall. We left and house keeping went in a replaced the bath mat. Did not make up a bed but the emptied the trash out. I reported it when I left. Don’t plan on returning.

Nothing. Pretty much everything

The shower curtains had spots of black mold on them. The duvets had stains on them as if they didn’t even wash them. The wash rags looked dirty hotels use white so they can bleach these things but this hotel apparently does not. There is an older short lady with glasses that is very rude but the other staff members were very pleasant. The breakfast was not cooked thoroughly. This scrambled eggs, of course come in a bag, but they just dumped them in there with the crap ton of water still in the pan. The sausage always looked raw and the potatoes were always hard.

The staff was very friendly!
