Baymont by Wyndham Lubbock

Do not stay here. They don’t take care. I had to leave and find an atm to get cash. The room was tiny, none of the outlets worked, the ac didn’t work and they gave us a box fan. We were all sweating so bad all night, none of us slept.

Everything was good for our overnight stay. Room was clean and bed was comfy.

Was supposed to have a room with 2 queen size beds and they were full size. No coffee pot in the room but there were two coffee grind cups to make coffee although I’m not sure where. A/C worked poorly in room 210

The staff was super patient and took care of us.

Young front desk girl was rude, I kept swiping my card for the deposit and she said it was declined. When I asked what was happening she said “Girl I don’t know” I’m a grown women not a “girl” room was sub par broken tiles. They “cleaned the room” but only left 3 towels, no hand towels not bath mat towels. The WIFI was unprotected (being my husband works from home that meant a lot to us) We stayed 4 nights and where exhausted being we had to be at the college near by all 4 days. The AC ran hot all day then cold for about and hour maybe 2. The young man who checked us out on the last night was great but other then that I wouldn’t recommend.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub were nice.

The place was good for the one night stay we needed to shower and rest up. The breakfast area was clean with a variety of breakfast items.

Never got to stay due to the virtual reservation being wrong and the front desk clerk was unable to get it corrected. Poor service with no protocol to follow. Leaving us liking for another hotel at 2:00 am. Very poor service.

Pool was broken, room was dirty, ran out of towels when I asked for more… they only give you 2 in the room when we had 4 people.. they said they were too busy and ran out… water pressure sucked, place was run down…even the waffle makers were broken at breakfast, would never stay there again

Spiders everywhere, very dirty.

My room was dirty there was two kid toys in the bed under the sheets. And the ac was working terribly it was so humid in the room
