Baymont by Wyndham Lubbock

The staff was great. The room had an odor and no clean full-size towels in our room or in the hotel.

My room was disgustingly dirty, trash in the window sill, lodged next to the side of the fridge. Bathroom was gross like the toilet had never been wiped around the base. Bed was decent at least and breakfast was mid. I did ask them to vacuum my floor again when I first got there but that was before I saw the rest of the trash later. Would not stay again.

Only entrance accessible to come into building is thru lobby Whirlpool Tub in room, jets didn't work Continental breakfast was mediocre-scrambled bland eggs, dry biscuits and bland gravy and overcooked sausage links Beds were hard and very outdated Pool didnt work half the trip Jets in hot tub were weak Ice machine broken Carpets, floors all dirty and stained

The staff was great and very helpful. The bed was not comfortable. the mattress was broken down. Our bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the toile didn't flush when we first arrived. The pool was closed because it was bokern. Breakfast was ok. We also has someone next door lock their dog in the room and left at 6:00am which woke us up and it was stillbarking at 8:30am when we left fo the day.

The only positive was the gentleman that checked us in. He was very friendly and welcoming.

It is clear that Wyndham recently brought the property but is yet to invest. Everything was old and dirty.

Very disappointing stay!

Excellent breakfast; clean rooms, but no USB outlets.

They were having a towel issue. Only given a hand towel upon check in. Asked for bath towels was told ok. Waited an hour then left . Came back 4 hours later, no towel. Room not the cleanest, also needs updating ( shower faucet loose and old , popcorn ceilings not up to Wyndham standards

I check in. Going to elevator see a sign on the ice machine, ice machine out of service. The room. The A/C is working. Oddly I get the same room I got two weeks ago and told the desk clerk the room was so hot it was almost impossible to stay in much less get rest. This time same room same deal. Again I tell the desk clerk but can assure you the owner will never put a dime into fixing anything. It fits the agenda of so many other places such as this. My advice, don't book when it's summer for sure. More than likely the heat won't work in the winter as well? I'm surprised that Wyndom allows this hotel to have its name on this hotel. Apparently they haven't inspected the property and Managent.

Our room was not clean and check out was a nightmare. The outside door key scanners don’t work. There was a person sleeping on the bench in front. The side door was shattered. All in all not a safe feeling environment.

No towels remote didn't work front desk never helped

Room was not properly cleaned before we went in and never cleaned while we were there the breakfast was terrible biscuits were hard as rock the phone in the room didn’t work the pool didn’t seem like it had chlorine in it and the hot tub smelled like sweaty ass sorry about that but that’s the way it smelled our bathroom shower wouldn’t drain fast so we had to stand in ankle high water
