We had a very nice stay here. The property is very nicely kept up. Our room was very clean and actually smelled clean. Everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, biscuits, sausage gravy, coffee, juices, waffle makers, cereals, milk, fruit, etc. All in a nice, clean dining area. Plenty of parking. Overall, a great place! We will come again.

My husband and I rolled into Lubbock around 1:00 AM and needed an affordable place to stop for the night. Check in was fine and problem free, but the moment we walked into the room we had problems. Breakfast was decent. There was a musty smell throughout the room, including on the bed and pillows. There was also a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor and the tub was dirty. The AC didn’t work very well and it stayed stuffy all night long. The elevators smelled bad too, and another guest in the elevator told me she had bugs in her room as well.
