The rooms Leaving...lol

Second - The carpets were stained in both rooms and in the hallways. Third - The ground, under a tree near the entry was covered in Bird droppings. If there were multiple cars in the breeze way, you would have to walk through it or go around the carport. Fourth - The replacement room that we were given had a smoke detector with a dead battery, so a bright light flashed in our faces through the night. When I asked the front desk to help with the smoke detector he offered me clear tape to cover up the notification light. Fortunately, I had a sticker with me and covered the light so that we could sleep. Fifth - I notified the manager about our experience, she didn't attempt to make it better. Just a blank stare and "Sorry". It's not likely that we will return to this property.

Proximity to downtown and the price for good quality. Housekeeping did not change the linens during the day.

Most of the lights in the room didn't work.

Only complaint was that none of the ice machines seemed to be working. But the desk staff was nice enough to go get some from the kitchen.

Staff was nice. Easy check in Parking was easy, might need to power wash the front before entering the building. Lots of birds and poop. Breakfast we did not have, early departure

Staff was incredibly helpful and very attentive. Personality was. phenomenal/pheasant. The rooms weren't to our expectations and she accommodate to a room that was acceptable. 1st the thing we noticed was the facility (property) was trashy (to much littering from cigarette buds to paper on ground) where was the maintenance , the blinds in our room was broken, which is a must. The second room we booked the TV wasn't working. The ice machine on all floors were out of order, which I found very odd. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

The room had an iron but no ironing board, and the gym was closed during my stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness issues extended beyond the room, the lobby floors were visibly dirty and sticky as well. The one positive was the front desk staff, who were kind and pleasant. However, basic cleanliness should be a minimum expectation at any hotel, and based on the condition of both the room and common areas, I would not choose to stay here again.

Room keys didn't work on outside doors

The hotel overall was great. The only con was they kept running out of breakfast food and were not replacing them. We stayed for 2 nights and they ran out of bananas, apples and yogurt. They didn’t have tea and only coffee with limited creamer.

The room was very clean and all of the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast area was clean and very thing was good. I would recommend this hotel to other. The price was a good value.

Elevator and floors ajacent were very dirty. Washer dryer room dirty and broken door. Dryer is not vented took two cycles then hung things in my room to dry. Reception did not want to give me change for a dollar because she had to save them for other people. Just get them out of the washer and dryer!!!
