Comfort Inn & Suites

The hotel overall was great. The only con was they kept running out of breakfast food and were not replacing them. We stayed for 2 nights and they ran out of bananas, apples and yogurt. They didn’t have tea and only coffee with limited creamer.

The room was very clean and all of the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast area was clean and very thing was good. I would recommend this hotel to other. The price was a good value.

Elevator and floors ajacent were very dirty. Washer dryer room dirty and broken door. Dryer is not vented took two cycles then hung things in my room to dry. Reception did not want to give me change for a dollar because she had to save them for other people. Just get them out of the washer and dryer!!!

The windows and floors were always filthy in the lobby, halls and elevators. I had extended my stay another night and reserved my room first thing in the morning, I asked the desk clerk if they were going to be able to clean our room and she said yes. It wasn't cleaned and I had to get towels from the front desk. The entire lobby, halls and elevator reeked of marijuana.

Got the job done. Room was clean and spacious, but noisy. We could hear a lot going on outside of the room. Luckily we didn’t need any amenities because the gym is non existent and the breakfast was a sorry excuse for it. We ate some place else. The building is dated with a very slow and old elevator but overall the cleanliness wasnt bad. In the end, the room was all that we needed and it got the job done.

It looked like they just reopened…still some cosmetic issues…

It was ok, decent place to sleep for the price paid. Not clean as expected. Elevators smelt like weed constantly and the hallways. Carpets are disgusting turned the bottom of feet black. Breakfast was 2/10. Eggs watery, biscuits burnt. Idk if the batter for pancakes was fermented or butter was old. It was nasty.

Nothing really. The smell, the crickets inside the room, one of our rooms had a blood stain on the pull out bed, and bottle caps laying around. The breakfast was sad and they were only putting enough to feed one out each time they brought food. So they had a line of people waiting for food for awhile.

Everything was ok . The rooms are cleaned. The only issue we had was breakfast. We went down about 915. There’s no coffee , no breakfast whatsoever. There was little egg left and that’s about it. Breakfast area is very dirty.

Travelers beware, the hotel does a decent job and appearing clean. How ever there seemed to be a large number of long stay tenants some who were gesturing crude things to my wife when she went to get ice and another who was smoking weed in the elevator blaring music. Once you leave the lobby it seemed every orher room or hallway had different smell to it. Generally unpleasant. When we got to our room we immediately had to go back to thenfront desk because our room smelled of cigarettes and spilled liquor. The bed also had stains all over them. They had no problem giving us a new room which smelt better but there was a few stains on the top sheet. The hotel did charge me an extra 15 dollars after we switched even though it was the same type of room and was told there was no extra charge. I brought it up at check out and they said they refunded me but instead charged me another 15 dollars so now I paid and extra 30 dollars for the room for no reason. Also their are pictured of a fitness center and it was advertised before booking but when we were there it was non existent. Just an empty room. The breakfast was decent. We would suggest staying at one of the hotels next door. Thankfully we only had to stay one night.
