Cheap price for a reason rooms had no amenities the tvs didn’t even work had to request a room change 3 times to get one with a working a/c staff was as helpful as they could required an $80 deposit on a room with $10 worth of stuff in it showers were rust stained and toilets barely worked second story walkways were crumbling and stairs were broken

The front staff was not friendly or attentive.

I was denied a room because I booked and paid on line. Their reason, they weren’t being paid by the booking company “Hotels.com”! The relocation team found me another room at Comfort Inn. I finally was in a room at 12:39 AM. Sadly I learned that they had trouble getting paid by “Hotels.com” also but were working it out.

Nothing I reserved November 2025 and was never notified my reservation was cancel until I arrived at the property

The rate was reasonable especially for as close as it was to the stadium The pool was closed and the water was green and it was trash in it. The room the floors were torn and the bath tub had stains in it. The toilet was barely flushing. Plug outlet had wires exposed

I could actually almost lock the door A/C didn’t work, room was dirty, bedding was not clean, floors were filthy, towels were paper thin or just worn out…… I could go on for hours

The owner of the property canceled all third party reservations due to a popular event. Found out only after attempting to check in after the event at about 11:30 pm. Luckily we were only 2 hours from home, so we made the trek back home. Be aware of this issue.

They cancelled when I got there and still have not received a refund

Property was horrible and my stay had gotten canceled without notice It was a run down place and they were charging over 600 dollars per room. They had rooms available for 600 but my stay was canceled had to sleep in my truck because no hotels were available

Only thing I liked was the location, it was close to the event I went into town for. The safety lock was not secure in the door. I had to screw the two screws back in, that still was not good enough. The room had scuff marks all over the place. A high pitched screeching was coming from a room near by, don’t know what it was. Someone tried to break into my car. Thank goodness they failed.

We liked the location. We didn’t like that the room was infested with roaches and smelt bad.

Nothing! It was very run down. We had to walk up outside stairs to get to our room like in the old days. My husband has difficulty walking, but they had no downstairs rooms available. That was pretty scary-I was afraid he would fall.

Nothing I didn't get any sleep had to work the next morning it was terrible!!! The person at the front desk gave my name and room number to some people that were looking for me and they proceeded to knock and bang on my door keeping me from getting any rest.

Not enough recepticles to power electronic devices. Yhere was only one that accomodated. 2 cords T h ere was no chair to sset in.simple quiet comfortable for 1 person.
