Hotel was very clean and for the price I would say a very good stay. I didn't try out the gym so I can't say it's a good or bad gym, no breakfast of course because you have kitchens in your rooms to prepare your own meals. :)

We were a party of three. We stayed at this hotel from Thursday through Sunday, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The housekeeping service was unacceptable. The front desk informed me that linens are only changed every two weeks unless you pay an additional $2 per day to be on their linen program. During my three-night stay, the sheets were never changed, the trash was never emptied, and housekeeping did not clean the room. The only thing provided was fresh towels when requested. Because the wet towels began making the room smell musty, I placed the used towels in the hallway outside our door. They sat there for days and were never picked up. The room itself was poorly equipped and poorly maintained. There was no mirror outside of the bathroom, making it difficult to get ready while someone else was using the shower. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, so the room filled with steam. There was no coffee maker in the room, the bathtub was dirty upon arrival, and the shower was extremely frustrating. The hot water handle is physically stopped halfway, preventing guests from using full hot water. Every shower was only lukewarm. For a hotel, basic cleanliness and housekeeping should be expected. A full trash can after four days, dirty bathroom fixtures, no linen service, and unresolved maintenance issues made for a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this property and will never stay here again.

Location I arrived at the reception, but it was closed. I called and ended up waiting for about half an hour; I was exhausted from my trip and practically falling asleep, which is why I stayed there. There were no towels in the bathroom. The elevator reeked of marijuana. The bed felt like a camping cot.

Feels a little sketchy inside but I was disappointed that they will only let you exchange towels during “business hours” and we got in late Friday and wanted to get a shower so I went to front desk and the gentleman said I’d have to come during business hours on Saturday to exchange my towels. Business hours on Saturday he said would be 10am but we needed to be at son’s graduation at 9am so we ended up drying off with t-shirts we had packed in our luggage. I’ve never had an issue anywhere else getting towels when needed them so for that reason alone I would never choose to stay there again because I wouldn’t want to have to plan my trip around being able to be sure and make their “business hours” to get towels.

The rooms were spacious as well as providing everything i needed to stay for more than a couple of days!! Water preasure was perfect!! The daytime staff was unpolite and seemed judgemental due to my appearence i can assume!! I was charged a two dollar linnen fee after my second day for requesting new towels that could not be paid in cash so i had to pay with my debit card for clean towels for the remaining 3 days of my stay i only requested clean towels that one time of course!! Also when attempting to extend my stay i was met with unwillingness to make the process easy and ended up accidentaly making two reservations one paid for online tge other requested payment at the front desk so when i went to re- check in (reprogram my keys and sign another agreement) the staff at the front desk tried to recieve payment again and when i stated i had paid online she knew i had booked twice and said "oh yes this one is not paid, but the other one was" and proceeded to inform me that i had made two reservations by mistake so she would delete the one that was unpaid!! I ended up receiving a notification this week about not making my reservation as well as a $69.00 fee that would be apllied to my debit card for cancellation. Ended up being waived after explaining to Booking.com and customer service getting involved!! The vending machine also does not work with coins or cash so if you would like to not waist money do not put cash or coins in the food vending or soda machine because they are not owned by the property and you will not get a refund nkr will you receive your items!!

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I paid almost $300 for a SUITE? No utensils, dishes, NO ICE MACHINES ARE YOU KIDDING ME? 47 years stayed in hundreds of hotels the worst hotels at least had ice. The door handle was broken, the towel rack fell off. There was splatter on the wall by the trashcan. No ironing board two towels and one roll of toilet paper. TERRIBLE

Other than the toilet and the bathtub/shower which were not thoroughly clean, and the faulty cooktop in the kitchen that kept shocking us, the room was otherwise fairly clean and comfortable. The staff were for the most part courteous and helpful when we needed to find something. Lastly, someone damaged our car while it was in the parking lot. We woke up the next day and found a black paint mark from a car on our car. We were too busy trying to complete our daily tasks of finding homes for relocation to lubbock that we didn't look into it.

Stunk like cigarette smoke the beds were very uncomfortable cuz hear them squeak when we moved air conditioner was rattling it wasn't very clean they only gave you a bar of soap no shampoo no conditioner no nothing and when we checked in late we had to wait 10 minutes before anybody showed up to the counter

Location was ok and some staff where friendly but alot of noise I had hair in my bed and they said they cleant it and gave me another room there it whas smelling with sigaretes

No I never stayed there cuz I was on the national do not stay for whatever reason they wouldn't let me stay there cuz I was on some kind of paper saying I wasn't allowed to stay there so I paid for it and then you said none refundable how is I know supposed to know I was on allowed to stay there so I feel like you need to give me my money back

Nothing wasn't able to stay in my room due to the office being closed I called the 500 number in the office no one came out to help me so I had to book a different hotel . That i wasn't helped or given my room to stay . There was no one to help me in the front desk so result of that being I had to go and book a different room . Still waiting on refund have yet to receive it .
