Seemed clean and well-run Security was good. Need a key to open the lobby doors at night. The room was nice. Cons: my room smelled sooooooo bad. I would have changed it if I hadn’t checked in so late and had sleepy kiddos. It’s supposed to be a smoke free property but my room smelled intense. Check in wasn’t very friendly or smoothe

Everything was perfect

This was one of the nicer hotels my family has stayed at, and we do a LOT of roadtrips! In terms of overall cleanliness and quality of breakfast, fridge/microwave, and pool/hottub amenities, it exceeded our expectations in every way. More than that, right when we walked into our room it even smelled better (none of that stuffy “hotel” smell that usually greets us) and the carpets felt clean and new (other hotel carpets get a little “sticky” 😬). And yet, it was PRICED MUCH BETTER than most places we stay! So, all of this is to say, we will DEFINITELY stay here again the next time we come to Madison, and we highly recommend it to our friends, and all of you.

The room was inexpensive and good! Loved the morning breakfast and had so many options? Plus the nightly managers happy hour was nice too!

They had the best breakfast buffet that I have seen in a long time. The breakfast alone was worth the stay!

Looking forward to a repeat!

After a long, long drive, and two days of poor sleep, the receptionist did a great job helping us check in and keeping a happy atmosphere. The room was clean, and well stocked with amenities. At breakfast, the staff worked ahead of time to make sure the food stayed warm and fresh. Great dining options for two vegans as well.

Pool area was messy. Overflowing dirty towels. There was dirt in the hot tub. The fridge in the room didn’t fit well in the cabinet had to keep moving the fridge to close its door.

The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Great breakfast. Very clean. Towels were large and fluffy. I can't say enough good things about this property.

Good breakfast. Large pool and hot tub. Coffee, etc. available all day.

All around, this was a fantastic experience. Soft bed, clean room, comfortable location, easy parking.
