Our stay was great. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, location was very convenient.

All the doors to the hallway were kept open, and I assume they had an A/C problem. The view was awful

WiFi kinda slow otherwise everything is great. Excellent location.

This was an amazing place to stay! There was ample place for parking my 20 foot U-Haul, with a car trailer in tow. They greeted me in a friendly manner. There was a choice of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate for free to take to your room. My room had a sofa and king size bed. It was clean, comfortable, and had a clean scent. I grabbed a hot chocolate and sat in my watching a movie, and talking to my friends and family on the phone. In the morning I took a shower and went down for breakfast. The breakfast was over the top. Along with the normal choices, they also had cottage cheese and fresh diced fruit. I had some of that with my scrambled eggs and orange juice. They had meat and gravy, potatoes, bagels, cereal, and many other choices. The breakfast area was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

This americinn is pretty big. I believe 5 floors. It was pretty full and you could not hear a thing. It’s very quiet. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was impressive. Many choices and food was fresh and very well made. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is on the small side but well kept up and clean. We would stay here again if on the area.

The breakfast was really great and even better, this hotel uses real utensils and plates, and is not polluting the earth with disposable plastic ones! Way to go! I was very impressed by this! A great place to stay!

Breakfast and staff excellent!

The stay was great. The room wasn't quite ready when we were checking in at 2:15 (check in time is 3), but they worked well in getting it ready for us anyway and the wait wasn't long either. The rooms and breakfast areas were clean. The furniture choice was a little tight for our room, but it's workable. Breakfast had a ton of variety for it being a small area to work with. I loved the fact they have real plates and silverware to cut down on waste. The only real complaint was the wifi. We were on the 4th floor, and we had really spotty connection. More often than not I was using the 5G in our room.

Clean, great staff, great coffee

This is a tired old hotel in desperate need of renovation or bulldozing. But it was a perfect location for our trip. The pool is small and the hot tub closed. The word that comes to mind to describe the facility is "seedy."

Great value for the price! Clean and quiet, about 15 minutes from downtown Madison, with shopping and dining near by. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options. I initially booked one night to try it out, and was so pleased that I extended my stay for another three nights.

Exceptional facility as expected. Nothing to complain about. Great breakfast, swimming pool and hot tab. Nice front desk.
