Staff is so accommodating and helpful. They make sure you have a pleasant stay. The hotel is clean and the guest rooms are clean.

Toilet was clogged. Refrigerator did not work every thing in the freezer defrosted. Nobody at the front desk to call for a plunger or some to help with the toilet
