I was greeted by a very friendly/professional staff member. The procedd was seamless and took less than 5 minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed!!! I did partake in the complimentary breakfasts but the food smelled delicious. The next time I am in Madison I know where I'll be staying!

Friendly and helpful staff!

Room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable and we have a very good sleep.

Front desk was amazing. I believe his name was Steven he was so kind and all of the staff were so friendly.

The hot tub was great and there was a nice roomy shower as well with good water pressure. The room was a nice size and very comfortable. Staff was nice. Good value. It was a bit far from other places we were going, and I don't know if there's much to walk around that area for. But, it was fine because we had a car. It took us about 20 minutes from the restaurant on campus.

the front desk was very helpful in switching my room when I was very claustrophobic about the first one.. breakfast was fantastic.

No pool, my toilet clogged twice while I was there for a one night stay, the room upon arrival smelt like an animal had been in there and then throughout the night I found lots of dirty things on the floor so I don’t think it had ever been vacuumed although the exterior was very nice the location was prime and the staff was helpful

This is a great value hotel, somewhat dated fixtures but extremely clean rooms and great staff including the made to order breakfast staff. We have stayed here several times in the last couple years and have not been disappointed.

Staff was friendly. The property is well maintained and clean. The breakfast was very good.

We needed a place to spend one night near a two day event we were attending. The Best Western sufficed. The room was impeccable and the morning breakfast was very fine. We had no time to utilize any other amenities. The price was the usual weekend inflated one common to most of the industry, which was our only quibble.

Location-wise, it's near a shopping mall with many shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to find food. The family room I booked was spacious and had comfortable beds. Breakfast was okay. I didn't like the 'building' or the material used for it. I was on the first floor, and I don’t blame the guests upstairs, but the floor was made of cheap material, so you could hear people walking or stomping extremely clearly. On the first night, I couldn't sleep because of the loud noise. Even when you walked slowly, the sound was still noticeable. Also, the housekeeping service could be better. An old couple cleaned and made up our room but the quality of the bed-making was bad. I am sharing the photos of the bed.

Room was clean. Stayed in the area for 2 nights. Room was humid but just adjusted the ac.

Parking situation was not good, no where to park. Had to find a different hotel on short notice and refund took weeks to post.

Room smelled musty. Breakfast chef was radish...

I booked a suite but was given a standard room. The person at the front desk was kind but could not fix the situation since they gave it to someone else already, so we left.
