Great location. Friendly staff and comfy beds. Breakfast is an interesting experience; it seems like it would be easier to have a hot buffet rather than made to order. Overall a nice place that could use a facelift.

We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast. The laundry was also appreciated after several days on the road. The location provides available restaurants and shopping.

Don't try to get a refund from them or check out early! They have no management that can be reached and staff can't help you!!!!

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The cook to order breakfast was a huge plus for us! It was delicious and they used real eggs, not the gross powdered ones.

My goto when I'm in Madison

The staff was super nice and helpful. I usually stay here when I visit Madison. Breakfast always a huge plus!

My only complaint was in reference to the toilet in the bathroom. It sits too low for an older person. There needs to be more higher toilets to accommodate the arthritic knees of an older person.

The rooms smelled musty. They were not very clean. The “clean” towels had long dark hairs in them. The common area and hallways were extremely hot and had a weird odor.

The morning breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel! They have an actual person who cooks the breakfast for you. I had French toast and bacon. They also had a lot of after-hours options for food and drink at the front desk area. The suite was really beautiful. It had a living room, bath, bedroom, and sink in the hall outside of the bathroom. A fridge and microwave were in the bedroom. My only complaint is that the pillows and bed weren't super comfortable. Other than that, it is a beautiful hotel, and I'd be happy to stay there again.

Rooms were a little dated, but well maintained. The made to order breakfast was excellent.
