Sleep Inn & Suites Madison West

There is always fresh eggs, sausage, and potatoes at the breakfast bar. They also have a station to make waffles. The staff are super friendly and happy to help any way they can.

Lots of questionable people in & out of the hotel & up all night making noise. People hanging out in the parking lot. Kind of sketchy. No elevator.

It was near to shopping/groceries, restaurants. Could also avail city bus to move around. Overall, is was a good experience.

Convenient to where I needed to be. Little run down but it was an older hotel. Waffle machines was not ready to operate when breakfast was served.

Location, price No dislikes

Found cigarette in the room at check in. Room smelled like cigarette smoke entire stay.

Breakfast, room was good size Rooms were not cleaned daily. Ie; bed made. Had to ask for clean towels

Great value! Room was clean and bed comfortable!

Easy to find. Location right off freeway. The room smelled like wet dog. Had to sleep with a mask over my nose & mouth.

The customer service, the staffing, and the breakfast time were changed without mentioning it into the guest book. There was no soap for the shower, and the bathroom was found dirty after check-in .The coffee tasted horrible ..

Rome's so smelly, the window AC smells like mold barely could stay one night, I just wanted to leave.

I didn't like that online it showed a pool but in fact there is NO pool. I got a refund back from booking, but the hotel still has not released the $50 hold they put on my debit card. For whatever reason it will not let me upload picture. If you want the picture I can email it
