Dirty room. Not vacuumed. Dirty bathroom.

The room only had one electrical outlet. We had to unplug the clock to use my husbands CPAP machine. Only one place to plug in any chargers for phone, etc.

Passable

Nothing Almost everything.

This place is filthy, very hard to understand what the desk person was saying only because he mumbled when I pointed out how filthy their rooms were, and then I wanted my money back. They took me to other rooms to look at. Like I said, the place is filthy, no way up to health code. I mean, I cannot even describe the property. Expedia has been very helpful and I do expect a return of my money. I had to pay a $30 early check-in when absolutely no one was there. There was never any help at the desk you had to call. I’m telling you, it was the worst experience of my travels … I never should have laid my money down. I should’ve turned and walked away. I mean, even the glass around the counter was absolutely filthy. So all in all it cost me about $90 to take a three hour nap. Don’t know if I will ever get the $30 check-in fee back. I can’t even imagine what the breakfast would offer, but I know I would not be able to eat it. This place was absolutely filthy.

Nasty smelling rooms.

Bed was comfy. Shower was good. Garbage truck outside room at 3 am. Bathroom door that needs to be shaved off so that it closes properly. Air conditioner that needs to be cleaned, it emits a terrible odor.

Everything. The hard working staff It is not the hotels fault firstly. Just the homeless that sleep on the lawn across the street and near the hotel. They harass every person coming and going. The hotel does a decent job of keeping them away. But to have to be troubled by people asking you for your property is terrible. Thank God this hotel keeps them off their property. The plaza across the street is terrorized by these people.

Close to the airport. Great parking. Staff very friendly.

I liked the location …the property was ok It didn’t feel as clean as I would like..the tub needs updated..

Bad

The beds were okay except one of them made a loud noise when moving around. The base of the bed was made out of some type of metal. Not clean. Smelled like strong chemicals. Behind the check-in counter is messy and unorganized. Had to ask for a 2nd room because the first one had hair in the tub and smelled strong. Didn’t feel welcoming or comfortable.

It was close enough to the Ironman 70.3 event The glass divider at the check in desk, stains and pubic hair on sheets, awful smell, roach crawling across the bed. Drainage in shower and sink was horrible. When I took my shower the tub filled up and had not fully drained by the time I left. It really seemed like an hourly hotel for sex workers. I paid 167.00 for 1 night. Wyndham and booking.com should be ashamed to represent this as a place to stay.

Decent hotel, albeit a bit dated, for a weekend in Madison!

Proper

Room was not very clean. Carpet felt like it needed to be cleaned when I walked around barefoot. Tiles around bathroom tub were not very clean. Our door did not have the extra lock over the door/it had been broken off. The parking lot was well lit which was appreciated.

The property is dirty and and not well maintained. There wasn't a working smoke alarm in our room. As you can see in the pictures it was taken down and a paper towel was shoved in there. If I had to guess I'd say that housekeeping goes in and changes the sheets and empties the trash and that's it. The rooms have metal bed skirts that make a noise every single time you move. The continental breakfast was what you would expect however they had creamer out and when I poured it in my coffee it was curdled and chunky. We did not use the pool but I was able to look at it and it also look very run down. If you're just looking for a place to sleep and don't care about anything else this is your place.
