Took the guy at the front counter 3 times before he gave us a correct room that was empty first two times there were people in the rooms already.

This hotel was rude to me at the check in.They took a $100 deposit upon check in. It has been 4 days and I still have not received my deposit back.i would like someone f from this company to reach out and tell them to give my deposit back please. Somewhat clean

Location is ideal, just a short bus ride (A bus) from the centre. Good value for money and decent breakfast. There was a weird smell in the halls and room. The room was basic but had everything you need for a short, convenient stay.

Breakfast was lean. Common areas needed to be cleaned.

I am asking for a Refund. We did not even stay in the property because of how disgusting and horrific it was. There was an awful smell in our room. The room looked like a prison cell the bed was against the wall with chipped paint all over. There was dirty and garbage on the bathroom floor.

Quick check in and out. Decent price. Room was clean. Unpleasant smells in the halls, lots of hotel guests seemed to be laying in the hallways which felt quite uncomfortable for 2 females traveling together.

This is in a really dangerous neighborhood

Sink plugged, bathtub is elevated and lobby has an overpowering smell.

There’s a lot of parking and close to doors. That’s very accessible. The staff is helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. I loved it.

Hotel staff thought it we be good to start cleaning the halls at 7:30 in the morning. We check out at 11, that's when the cleaning should start. The room was very damp no matter how long we ran the ac. Breakfast was small and typical, bland walffles and microwaved eggs. Shower was only 6ft 3in tall, hard to shower for a tall person. Parking was good.would not stay there again.

Fairly clean, staff made an effort to fix issues. Decent drive to venue I was attending. Close to shops. Problems with rodent and possibly bed bug infestations. Not the greatest area, questionable characters roaming around.

Then the AC would not cool the room.

Na Charged me an extra night.

It's kind of smelly and run down, but the rooms are comfortable enough. It's a good option for a budget hotel.

Not much Filthy elevator entrance on the first floor, breakfast was marginal, eggs were cold and had to be microwaved. Homeless people wandering in to get a coffee, smoking area directly in front of the main entrance. Dead bolt on room didn't work, bathroom door latch didn't work, AC worked until the morning and then went unresponsive.

Nothing It. Was drit and sinking and rude

Was clean and welcoming. Room was pretty small, but still functional and clean.
