Room was very nice, close to restaurants. Highly recommend. Only thing that could be better would be more comfortable mattresses.

The beds were so comfortable. The staff were wonderful. We had a long night and had gotten checked in after midnight and were met with such kindness.

The staff was very nice, the room was very clean. The breakfast was a little pricy (when I booked my room I thought it said it was free), but good.

Superb staff!! Renovations going on but nothing that interfered with stay. Really nice fitness center and good sized pool. Comfortable bed and great desk space as this was a biz trip for me. Super amenities -great location, I would highly recommend!!

Great property. Quite busy on a weekend but was quiet overnight. Had to go to bar area to get a small bucket of ice as there apparently we're no ice machines on first floor.

On our arrival we were assigned probably one of the noisiest rooms in the hotel, on the first floor in front of some staff meeting room—I usually attribute this sort of behavior to bigotry of the particular staff member I was dealing with. When I complained a different staff member at the desk gave us a very nice and quiet room. When we were checking out, we noticed a charge from Starbucks on the premises from the morning of our departure. We were told someone must have accidentally gave our room number. Fortunately they agreed to delete the charge for a cup of coffee and a $5 tip! Other than these two annoying incidents our stay was fine.

It was fine. The first room I was issued was dirty, hair all over the pillows and in the toilet, spots on the toilet seat, and I don't know what looked like mold or something growing in the corner of the bathroom, and the TV was even on when I went in leading me to believe it wasn't cleaned at all. I was issued a new room immediately with an apology. I was offered a free breakfast but I don't eat breakfast and said that would be pointless. The 2nd room was a bit better, but the bed was very uncomfortable and sheets very worn with spots (I hope it was just a stain but I slept on the blanket instead just in case. The ac was so loud I couldn't sleep. This is the second time though that I have had a dirty room issued to me first, and both were on the 3rd floor. My last stay I was issued a room overlooking the pool that also wasn't cleaned well and was very humid. The ac didn't allow for much change, so it wasn't an option to stay in that room with my asthma. The second room was much better and was issued right away. The staff is always very nice and helpful though.

Nice and clean. The staff was fantastic I will definitely stay there again.

Only issue was they were having elevator issues so sometimes only 1 was working. Staff was all great especially Chet and Craig!
