The only complaint I have, was the check in desk made a long line of people wait until exactly 4pm to check in. I know they were full, but when you have up to 10 people waiting to check in at 3:50pm, you could probably get the process started, and not just have 3 people at the check in counter staring at their clocks until it ticked over to 4pm. It was just a bad look on the hotel and service. Everything else was fine, so that just stood out as something that was a little ridiculous.

The only thing I didnt appreciate was the channel line up. While there were quite a few options, there was no way to get local channels. So no live ABC, CBS, NBC, ect.

One of the MOST uncomfortable hotel beds my wife and I have EVER slept on. Both sides were bad for different reasons, and the bottom was former than the top which made it feel like I was sleeping downhill. Pillows offer no support and I needed 4-5 just to get to sleep. The pool was extremely cold as well - I could tolerate it for about 3 minutes, but my wife couldn't even get the steps because it was so frigid. I know we're barely out of August but this was excessive. The lobby feels fresh and grandiose but the rooms feel cramped and the furniture worn. Some stains were present on the bedding and towels, nothing egregious. Dined in one day for breakfast (no buffet that day) and it cost $60 for some French toast, 3 pieces of bacon, a barely toasted bagel and 4 slices of smoked salmon. Staff was professional. Overall, I would not stay here again.
