Great hotel!

We were extremely happy with our stay this weekend. The room was clean and well-maintained as well as luxurious and comfortable, but the best thing about the stay was the staff’s friendliness and hospitality. We were greeted each day by the wonderful reception staff, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. We will definitely be returning at the first opportunity!

Excellent room (very clean and well stocked) and excellent customer service. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. I also appreciated that they let me keep my car in the lot and luggage at the front desk until after the workday was done on the day I checked out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was the second or third time that my wife and I stayed at this hotel and in addition to being in great location for downtown Madison, the attitudes and energy levels of the onsite employees are fantastic, and this makes the place a very nice place to stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We arrived earlier than expected and asked if an early check-in was possible. They were very kind and did their best to help us check in early. Their excellent customer service made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable!

This hotel was clean, reasonably priced and located in a perfect spot where we could walk downtown. They also have a shuttle that will take you to the aitport. Everyone was very helpful. Eooms are spacious with refrigerator and microwave.
