Great location with large room, nice view, and nice lobby. Great variety at breakfast. Room did seem humid and spotted some mold under AC. Rest of hotel room and common areas including pool were impeccably clean. We even spotted a housekeeper in her hands and knees cleaning the elevator door track.

We stay here every time we are in Madison. Always clean, staff is great and perfect location.

Super convenient and easy walk to “The Square” and many, many wonderful restaurants! Wonderful coffee shop just one block north of the hotel. A short, walkable distance to State street and all its shops and activities. Onsite parking that is half of what you pay at other hotels! Breakfast is included with stay and included a great selection of hot and cold foods - well stocked. Will visit again!

The property is beautiful and in a great location. We had a nice view from our room. You can walk to the capital easily. The pool was nice. The breakfast area was large and had plenty of seating. My kids loved the electronic blinds. It’s a great place to stay in Madison.

We like the location of Hyatt Place and overall things were good. However, the shower was not working properly and this was a very bad thing to deal with. We should have asked for another room.
