Best Western Premier Park Hotel

Best hotel. Convenient location right in the heart of the downtown square, friendly and helpful staff, great amenities. The pool is nice and easy to use. Airport shuttle is a huge plus. Always fun staying here.

This was lovely in every way. Right across from the Capitol near breakfast, dinner, and late night. Good paid food options on site, as well. Easy walk to Monona Terrace to see the lake. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Parking was $30 and valet only, but easy to pull into the garage to hand off and pay at the desk. The room was lovely and spacious with a great view of downtown and the water. The pool was nice and not super crowded. Really glad we stayed here instead of on the edge of town for the full Madison experience.

Perfect location, a bit dated hotel

Perfect location right on the square across from the capital. Very walkable to many restaurants and shops. Love the restaurant- The Post. Have stayed here both times I have visited Madison.

Great hotel to stay at.

Great location right across from capital. Rooms large, comfortable, and very quiet. Everything feels pretty high quality. Fitness room is really nice and spacious. But overall this was a great hotel and we’d definitely stay again. The bathroom is small and nothing to write home about, and the shower temperature was unpredictable. (I took several showers that were sort of lukewarm even on the hottest setting.) Would love some free weights in the fitness room.

Food and drinks in the restaurant. Capital view was beautiful at night and lake view.

Large room with very comfortable King sized bed. Nice clean bathroom. Ample sized closet. Inquired about early check in before trip. Was told it was possible if rooms were ready. Upon arrival, around 3pm was told front desk that lots of rooms were ready but it was $25 to check in early. No one mentioned this when we inquired about early check in before the trip and no other hotel has ever charged me for early check in.

The room was amazing, really beautifully appointed and comfortable. The location is perfect as well, close to everything downtown Madison has to offer. The restaurant was delicious and the staff was attentive. Just a lovely stay all around.

Absolutely phenomenal hotel. Not only was it incredibly clean, the location was perfect. Walkable to the capital (literally across the street) and so many bars and restaurants. We had dinner at the Post on site and the bartender and server were both so nice. My son loved the pool, and I loved all the seating in the pool area. We would absolutely be back. Thanks for a great stay!

The Best Western Park Hotel Madison was located close to the capital and UW Madison so very convenient. Overnight parking at the hotel was $30 so not bad (certainly not Chicago prices!) The inside of the hotel was a bit worn but clean. The room was nice. The bathroom was great but the bed was a bit lumpy with scratchy sheets that left you overly warm. If you are picky about beds, it's a deal-breaker. The staff was very welcoming and the complimentary coffee and snacks in the lobby were ready at 5am!
