Best Western Premier Park Hotel

Great stay

Location perfect. Rooms were lovely, bed comfortable, beautiful bathrooms. Would have liked a bathtub and there was no hand soap, just a wrapped face bar of soap.

Location was great. Suite was spacious. Shower pressure very poor, hot water took a long time. Would have liked proper glasses and mugs instead of disposables. Pull out sofa mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on.

The nit I have to pick is that they charged me $50 to check in ~2 hours early. I have rarely, if ever, experienced this and I have thousands of hotels nights under my belt all over the world. If the room is open and clean, just let people check in. Especially a Hotels.com high status member. it's insulting.

Clean and very friendly helpful staff. Loved the staircase and old feel w a modern twist Paying $30 extra for parking. Seems quite spendy per day when everything is alacarte

Clean room

Rooms are small, they won't upgrade you based on your status with Expedia or hotels.com. Valet only, which is fine but it's 30 a day I was here for 4 days thats an extra 120 on top of my stay, also waited 10 min for an attendant to show up, the front desk didn't care I was waiting. Its ok for a night or two but I wouldn't stay longer

The park hotel is a beautiful, clean hotel close to great restaurants and walking distance from the campus

No charge for checking in 1 hr early.

The hotel is very well located right in front of the Capitol with restaurants, coffee shops and other interesting places very near.

cleaning service ! always on time great location!!!! it couldn't be better! we checked in on August 24 around 11 pm . maybe it was too late, but we felt absolutely unwelcome from a girl who was assisting us ( like, monotonous speech, eyes on the screen... I don't know, maybe we are just too demanding). Even thought, after that we didn't even want to try a restaurant or any other service, first impression- last impression.
