Amazing room, very big and very clean! Also very good location, right next to the capital building!

cleaning service ! always on time great location!!!! it couldn't be better! we checked in on August 24 around 11 pm . maybe it was too late, but we felt absolutely unwelcome from a girl who was assisting us ( like, monotonous speech, eyes on the screen... I don't know, maybe we are just too demanding). Even thought, after that we didn't even want to try a restaurant or any other service, first impression- last impression.

Room was good sized. Beds were comfortable. The gym was very small with minimal amenities. It’s also right next to the laundry so was pretty warm. Pool looked nice but we didn’t use it.

Incredible location facing the capital. Lots of great places to eat nearby too. Very easy in/out with our rental car.

Location is great. Parking staff is extremely efficient and friendly I paid extra for a view which I assumed meant a capital or lake view …. In reality it was view of a loud bar. On check in the staff seemed untrained and confused. Staff at check-in weren’t unfriendly but they certainly weren’t friendly

The rooms are clean and spacious. Location is great, right outside the Capitol. However, their checkin is at 4pm and they charge $50 for early check-in, not in the morning but at 2pm. I find that obnoxious. Others had similar upcharges. Would not return just for that. They were not fully booked, had rooms available but still chose to upcharge. Explained that it was to relieve the pressure on housekeeping. 5 hours is not enough time? Maybe ,but that is not standard practice and this is a later than average check-in time.

The location is perfect. The room was excellent - spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping was exceptional.

The best location in Madison. A great hotel. Very clean. Very comfortable. And the staff were super friendly and helpful. Always my first choice when I go to Madison

Great stay, though beware the need for valet parking ($30/night, or you need to locate another parking option which is going to be far less easy or convient in terms od if you have more than a carry-on to move around) but very nice staff and space. Beds were quite firm and did not live up to the quality of the rest of the details, but overall enjoyable experience in a great location right outside the Ccapitol with many walkable amenities and food/drink options.
