The staff were very friendly and helpful!

We paid for a poolside room and other guests kept using our poolside chairs, table and area. There should be some kind of messaging stating that the poolside room area is only for use for guests staying in those rooms.

The Concourse was centrally located and in a very walkable area of downtown. The room was spacious, quiet , and the bed was comfortable. The Concourse has beautiful common areas and I appreciated having a Starbucks just off the central lobby. The room itself was a little dated, the bathrooms could certainly use a refresh. While the nighttime staff was extremely friendly and accommodating the daytime staff were shorthanded, not nearly as friendly, and tended to always be on the phone which meant that the people who were staying there often had to wait five minutes or more just to speak to someone.

The location of the hotel was great if you're wanting to stay in the downtown Madison area. The bed and the room were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Check in was a breeze. The pool area was nice, also. The cheese curds at The Bar in the lobby were amazing!

The location, the staff, the amenities, comfort, 14th floor views, the jacuzzi, the comfy bed. I could go on, but it made our 18th wedding anniversary one of the very best! It would have been nice to have a larger top bed blanket, like a down comforter or some such thing. The top blanket was pretty thin. But really that's just a quibble.

Comfortable bed, clean room. Room was dated and showed a lot of wear.

Top notch staff. I’ve stayed here many times, and it’s always better every time.

The only real issue is that the rooms are a little bit. “tired” and could use some updating, especially the carpeting and the furniture, although the beds were very nice and comfortable. Other than that, everything else was great and I will definitely be back!
