The shuttle driver was excellent, he went out of his way to make my wife feel good.as she has difficulty walking. Again he is excellent.

They did not have the reservation that I booked via expedia so they ended up overcharging me. I even showed them the confirmation. They did not care

Bathroom was a little tired. No info on tv channels or floor map.

We stayed on the 14th Floor and had access to the Governor's Club. Definitely recommend! You are treated to breakfast, appetizers, desserts, and drinks. Loved our stay!! Thank you!!

I went during Epic UGM week. At over $400 a night, this is a terrible value even for a busy time. Ive stayed at hotels that cost half as much during the same time that are just outside Madison that are just as nice or nicer. If youre paying more than $250 a night for this place, prepare to be disappointed. First and last time staying there.
