No parking, have to use a public garage across the street. Hotel itself is great. Clean, rooms were large, amenities were good!

The hotel was spotless, the amenities were good, and the staff helpful.

It was great. Wear tennis shoes to walk to campus and plan on the farmers market on Saturday mornings at the Capitol. The included breakfast was great, and having a little happy hour at the end of the day was delightful.

Can’t say enough about this hotel. What a great experience. Traveling with our dog, the dog even got welcome gifts! Door people, front desk, bar/restaurant, housekeeping…all were just so friendly. The daily complimentary drinks/snacks was well organized as was the amazing breakfast. The room was very nicely appointed and clean. The extensive morning breakfast was awesome, even a nitro coffee machine! The hotel is also very nicely located walkable to all of Madison. Great restaurants nearby, the capital building to tour (a must), the nearby lakes. Would definitely stay again.

All staff we encountered were all super kind, helpful, and real with us, they were not the issue. But our incorrect room type assignment and the fact it was also a dirty room was just really concerning.

Great location and the extensive breakfast offerings are a plus. Rooms are clean and recently remodeled.

Valet parking is way expensive, luckily there are parking lots that allow overnight parking close by.

Great central location. Very walkable area with lots of restaurants. We chose not to rent a car and rented bicycles instead and the hotel has a key-coded bicycle room which was very nice for us. Great free (real) breakfast with our room. Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Very clean and well appointed. We loved the breakfast buffet and complementary drinks in the evening. Don’t bother using valet. There’s a parking garage right across the street. There’s a nice food hall right down the street with views of the lake.

The place was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. And the omelet bar was a nice change from ordinary continental breakfast.

The location and comfort are excellent. We stayed here 6 months ago and had an excellent stay. This time there were too many people at breakfast and happy hour for it those aspects to be enjoyable.

Staff was super friendly. Room was wonderful, clean, comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Valet service was very convenient and fast. No designated parking only parking garages or valet.
