Embassy Suites By Hilton Madison Downtown

Great central location. Very walkable area with lots of restaurants. We chose not to rent a car and rented bicycles instead and the hotel has a key-coded bicycle room which was very nice for us. Great free (real) breakfast with our room. Staff was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Very clean and well appointed. We loved the breakfast buffet and complementary drinks in the evening. Don’t bother using valet. There’s a parking garage right across the street. There’s a nice food hall right down the street with views of the lake.

The place was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. And the omelet bar was a nice change from ordinary continental breakfast.

Wide selection of food choices. Great freshly made omelets. Friendly staff. Clean dining environment.

Breakfast was the absolute best part!! The air in our room did not work right so it wouldn't cool off and the temp hovered around 78 degrees making it hot and stuffy leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep. We did have someone come to look at it, but it didn't help any. It was set to 68 degrees, but would not cool off. We could hear it running, but felt no air blowing from the vents at all! FYI: we were in room 312.

The location and comfort are excellent. We stayed here 6 months ago and had an excellent stay. This time there were too many people at breakfast and happy hour for it those aspects to be enjoyable.

Staff was super friendly. Room was wonderful, clean, comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Valet service was very convenient and fast. No designated parking only parking garages or valet.

Great hotel and can't beat the convenient location of walking to many great bars and restaurants. The room was really nice and big with a great view. Everything was modern and clean. The free breakfast in the morning was tasty.

Great hotel, very clean, great breakfast, staff was very helpful. Let people know that there is only valet parking available thru the hotel but that a public parking ramp is close by. I missed this and would of like to known prior.

The room was clean and quiet. We didn't hear any noise despite it being a busy weekend. The valet staff was polite and responsive. Finally, we loved the location. We walked to restaurants and the lakefront. We would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and nice, and the breakfast was good, plus the breakfast area was very nice. Bar was a plus for sure as well as was the convenience store. More grocery store options in the immediate vicinity, although this is not the hotel's issue.
