Embassy Suites By Hilton Madison Downtown

Excellant hotel, amazing breakfast, very big and quiet room. The daily reception with the drinks is really nice to have. A laundry room is a plus. A couple of minutes away from state street, that has many shops, restaurants and coffee places. Weak water pressure, but this seems to be a common problem in many hotels in the us.

Breakfast

Excellent place to stay for Ironman Wisconsin. Very good proximity to race site and beautiful hotel. Highly recommend.

Superb

Amazing breakfast with freshly made omelets. Hotel employees great and everything clean, except for some water leakage near bar that they were dealing with.

Great hotel and great location near the capital and state street. The complimentary breakfast was good, but I wish the “cafeteria” was a bit bigger and that it had a better flow.

Great food

We had the most spectacular stay at the Embassy Suites in Madison. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. They are truly there to make sure all of your needs are met and have a very pleasant stay. We even ran into a problem where one of the items that I shipped to this location got misplaced. Not only did the staff try and rectify it, But the GM Michael-who by the way has restored my faith in humanity-went out and bought another item for me and when that didn’t work, bought the exact same item and hand delivered it to my son after my departure. If that is not above and beyond, I don’t know what is. The rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable upscale and inviting. Was thoroughly impressed by everyone and everything thank you Embassy Suites!

Brand new modern hotel close to the ironman village. Friendly staff Michael Checked us in and was fast and easy. Breakfast was super delicious egg omelette station and breakfast buffet was something i looked forward each day. We used the laundry room and the gym. Friendly staff convenient locations had an excellent stay. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back . Parking valet 40 dollars a night I guessed is a city business.

Staff was awesome and place was great!

My family came for the Madison Ironman event. The hotel was less than a 5 minute walk from the action and also close to many nice restaurant options! The hotel provided a special athlete breakfast that started at 3:30 and was much appreciated! My family enjoyed the complimentary breakfast later in the morning. Very clean, modern, and beautiful hotel.

This hotel would have been fabulous had it not been Ironman weekend. The finish line was about a block away and you couldn’t fall asleep until almost 1am when the drums, cowbells and bullhorn announcements stopped. They should have supplied earplugs!
