Hampton Inn & Suites Madison / Downtown

Clean, modern, perfect location. It's a 5 minute walk to the bus stop (from O'Hare) and a 10 minute walk to the iconic Memorial Union terrace on the lake. Staff is friendly. Free breakfast is a nice touch. It was expensive.

Superb

location

Jessica at the front desk gave us our most heartfelt and warm welcome Describing many things to do in the area! She is a great asset to your company!! Nothing

Clean room great stay

Great location. Well appointed building from lobby to other common areas to room.

Everything is always right on when I stay. This is always why I come back.

Great hotel whether in Madison for business or fun, nice central location, comfortable rooms, nice gym, and great breakfast included, and staff all really nice and helpful.

One of the best free breakfasts we’ve had at a hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The TV was a great larger screen size. The bathroom had a great shower. The bed pillows were nice. Parking wasn’t free but was easy.

The pool was a hit with the kids. The breakfast was well laid out and everyone enjoyed it.

Excellent experience

Property was really nice, excellent location. We loved parking and walking everywhere we wanted to go.

I used the fitness center and it was modern, easy to use, and clean. My family also enjoyed the breakfast.

This was in a fantastic location in Madison. The hotel staff were excellent, and the room and breakfast were great.

Conveniently located close to State Street and UW Madison campus. Easy parking, friendly staff and great breakfast

Exceptional

Location near downtown Madison. Ridiculously high price for a Hampton I. Messy front desk staff.

Good location. I think parking should be free with a room rental. Staff were great.

Will certainly book with this chain again

Before our trip, I asked the team to prepare a surprise for us, and they went above and beyond. Everything was done with so much care, and it made our celebration even more special. A huge thank you to everyone involved! The staff is excellent: friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and breakfast was very good. The hotel is also in a great location, which made getting around easy. We loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel. We'll definitely be back!
