Graduate by Hilton Madison

The Graduate is fortunate that they have a fantastic location, because the hotel itself is run down and badly needs a renovation. The lobby and rooms badly need to be upgraded, and I imagine the owners could then get top dollar.

The 3rd floor smelled of grease in the hallway.

Got a crappy room facing the wall of another building. Off season. Staff could not offer another room.

Perfect location - also rode complimentary bikes around campus and to breakfast! Valet out front for easy parking. Walk to state street and memorial union lakefront. Fun stay with decor etc.

I arrived late… Clean room, great staff, lobby dark, room small, and parking terrible. You will really need to valet and they was expensive with an app that was less than friendly when most places give you a simple ticket. I like technology but they need a better way, fortunately, you can tell the lobby to pay. It was close to the main college strip so if that’s your goal and the above is OK for you, great. I had only one place to hang my towel and I couldn’t use it without it slipping off because the hook was partially detached from the wall

Cut decorations, very helpful night desk clerk, Bar area is super cute but was understaffed and out of many food options and drink options, bartender was super nice and did the best he could under the circumstances; Room was clean.

This hotel is amazing! I would definitely stay here again. The themed experience was hands down the best, plus the rooftop bar was like taking a walk down memory lane!

Room clean and had a vent white noise so it was perfect to go to sleep

Close to UW campus. Room felt dated.

Great location, old building, heat wouldn’t stop blowing, room didn’t have a window that I could open.

The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and the lobby and room was clean. The rooms and bathrooms are very small compared to the other Madison hotels and the gym is pretty much non existent. The other downside is no hotel shuttle. But you can’t beat the location! Cute outside patio too in nice weather.

Charming Call Design close to school very good coffee and breakfast sandwich sandwiches nights lobby to sit and do computer work and the staff was very helpful. I love my computer. And they were nice enough to hold it for me until I came back and picked it up.
