This is a really awesome and unique property run almost entirely by UW Madison students who are all great. And the location is perfect.

The Graduate has a great location. The room was spacious. The amenities were first class, as was the staff. My major issue was the wi-fi. My room was on the 6th floor, and I could not get wi-fi in the room. I needed to go down to the lobby, where I was close enough to the router. I remember having had to do this in the early 2000s, but in the last 5 to 8 years or so, the wi-fi has been available in every hotel room I've been in. If the Graduate's system needs to be upgraded, they should do it ASAP.

Clean, efficient, centrally-located for fine restaurants and the UW.

Great cafe on the first level and bar upstairs. The location is also great. Valet parking was very convenient. I found the bathroom sliding door difficult to open and the room was a little tight, but not surprising for a boutique hotel.

gave us an accessible room and wouldn't change it claiming Engine booked the accessible room

Service recovery because I had booked through Expedia was POOR!

Rooms and decor are so nice. Love the rooftop bar. Great to get $15 credit! Would like a little more cleaning in the shower.

$434.00 for one night is a bit pricey.

Restaurant was not open on the one night we stayed and they had a small coffee shop. It’s a smaller lobby and public areas than a normal graduate hotel.

I had a wonderful time at the Graduate! My room was fantastic--spacious, comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. I really appreciated the bright, fun decorations throughout the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to State Street and the Memorial Union, and also an easy walk to the Capitol. Great amenities at the hotel including a very cozy lobby, the coffee shop, and the rooftop bar/restaurant. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and relaxing stay!

The staff, especially Roxy, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and engaging, and we really enjoyed speaking with them. The location couldn't be more perfect, especially if you’re down there with a potential UW Madison student. The room's cleanliness left a lot to be desired, especially the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel's theming, including the room, was cute. The rooftop bar is really fun and has a great view of the Capitol. Be aware that there is a substantial number of homeless individuals who hang out in the passageway from the hotel to State Street, but that is not the fault of the hotel. Lastly, the valet service was very efficient and had in-and-out privileges.

Front desk staff was so accommodating and helpful with everything. Great service all around !
