Good location. Coffee in your room. Refrigerator to store goodies. Small but good gym. Friendly staff - helpful. Nice hot water in the shower.

At first I was taken aback by the outside surroundings of Madison but when we went inside, we realized that it was beautiful. There was very welcoming staff, easy check in for my first time hotel experience ever, easy garage parking, tidy room, comfortable bed, great water pressure and more. Definitely worth the price and plan on coming here again if I ever visit Madison again. The only thing we had issues with was connecting the TV to our phones which could have been because of anything: WiFi, my phone being goofy, the TV, etc. But live streaming and connecting consoles is available so we were okay. And then the shower could have been rinsed out just a little better, but we didn’t let it bother us since we didn’t expect perfection :)

We totally enjoyed our stay. The hotel was uniquely decorated with a paint theme as the original use of the building was a paint manufacturing facility. Common areas had fun wooden game boards on several tables. Our room offered everything necessary for a comfortable stay with a great bed, cool lighting, great shower and the Mini fridge was not only cute but larger than most. The staff were nice during all interactions. The lobby and main floor has a very nice coffee counter, bar and restaurant. To our surprise they even provided a shuttle to our concert venue. We would definitely stay again.

The rooms were immaculate and the staff was top notch. Our son plays for Forward Madison and we asked for a room facing the stadium and we got it. They did not promise it but said they would try their best. Our daughter showed up and they were able to change us to a room with 2 queen beds. 100/100

We’ve stayed here a couple of times. Very comfortable soft bed and excellent air conditioning that actually kept us comfy overnight (unlike most hotels). My only complaint is the bathroom lighting- it’s very dark and impossible to apply makeup. The full-length mirror is also not well lit. Changing to LED lighted mirrors in the bathroom would be great. They do have small lighted make-up mirrors but I’d rather have a well-lit bathroom.

Staff members were wonderful from arrival to departure. Always greeted with a friendly smile. Beds were nice and soft. Probably best sleep we’ve gotten in any hotel we’ve stayed at. There is also a restaurant and bar in the hotel. You also have some room service options too. The only negative thing was the shower water pressure. 10/10 would stay here again with no questions. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the state capital if a couple of miles up the road. Great stay!

Location, decor but it was not clean. This property is average for a newer college town hotel, it’s not very clean or welcoming. It was strange when I checked in the front desk informed me the towels were not in the room because of airline personnel staying in room? I don’t understand what they were talking about! The worst part is the next day I was hoping to grab a sandwich on my way out the cafe literally had just closed - as in on the dot - I wanted to purchase the remainder that was sitting in the cooler - clearly they would toss out since it was already a few days old, and I was told no, the register was closed and they couldn’t accept cash? Why would ever turn down money!? Especially in food items that are going bad in the next day or two. This was bizarre to me - and they should accommodate their guests, especially when they have left over food items!! It’s just lazy in my opinion to not take the cash and record it later - plus they were extremely rude about it.
