Radisson Madison

Pretty glad this was within walking distance of Woodmans. The breakfast was satisfying and more importantly, the staff are all really really nice. The rooms are a bit dark for my liking. However, as a hotel for a business stay, it is sufficient for a place of rest for a night.

Difficult to call hotel number as we wanted early checkin we tried so many numbers but were not able to connect to hotel directly

The hotel is in shambles. Think twice before going. The hotel across the street is great. Just go there instead The staff was terrible. They literally harassed me and I was scared for my life

The price was good, the location was fine with free parking, and our room was spacious. The common areas were crowded and needed cleaning. Our room had broken appliances, non functional electrical outlets, and a heating/cooling unit that rattled.

Staff were helpful Wifi did not work in my room. Phone number for facility consistently said it was no longer in service which caused me considerable stress

Location and plenty of parking Duvet and sheets had stains, hair in the bathtub, toilet seat worn with markings and no coffee or creamer for morning.

Great location and wonderful breakfast. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. The pool hadn't been cleaned in a while. Someone was clearly smoking pot and our hallways always smelled of pot.

It was clean and the service was good. WI-FI not working and they aren’t doing anything about it. Also $100 deposit requires for 2 days to my card which I get back in a week.

Nothing Room was not ready to use, staff had to change our room. 2nd room, shower was so high could not adjust- bathroom door was worn and falling apart- toilet moved every time you sat on it. They didn’t clean under the sink unit and we had to use a suitcase for a nightstand. Would you stay there in these conditions? 

Hotel and room were very clean and quiet. And NO smoke smell. Staff was great! Great location to shops and restaurants. Felt safe! No free breakfast. The air conditioner wasn't working properly the first night. I turned it off while gone for the day, turned it back on and it was then working. I don't thnk my room had been stayed in in awhile. There was "hard water"? stains (black streaks) on inside of toilet bowl. Some went away the more it was flushed.

2. In spite of the booking being updated 2 weeks in advance (from 8 days to 6 days) they claimed not to have known, yet I had received a confirmation of the same by email. They said it was not their responsibility since I booked through a 3rd party (Booking.com). 3. They authorized my credit card a second time when I was checking in. When I asked why, they apologized and said that they would reverse the first authorization. But by the time I left 6 days later this had not been effected on my card...essentially blocking me from accessing over $1000 on the card. To date (5 days after checkout) this has not yet happened. 4. The hotel manager was not available to discuss any of these things. I was told that he is not on a duty rota like the rest of the staff and came in irregularly. My matter was never escalated to him. 5. The front desk staff (2 ladies) were very rude and actually yelled when I asked about the issues above. 6. There was no Wifi. They said it stopped working 3 weeks earlier. When I complained, it somehow worked for 4 days and then it went off again. 7. My room door would not latch and could be opened from outside without a card. I discovered this on my 2nd day and thankfully was moved to a different room. They seemed to have known about the problem and yet allocated me the room anyway. 8. My room was not cleaned and supplies not replenished until I complained. 9. Breakfast closed at 9am which was too early in my view, but they were not flexible even for a few minutes. They would move the food at 9am. The staff would actually start serving themselves a few minutes to 9am. 10. In an attempt to justify the poor service I was receiving, a lady at the front desk notified me that the hotel had been sold and would close in 2 weeks as the new owner was converting it to apartments. I did not appreciate this.

Location, and bar. Our room's bathroom was not clean. The bathroom door has spots on it inside by the handle, dust on base boards, a blood stain on the inner shower curtain, and black marks on the outer tub. These all should be addressed by housekeeping. If the bathroom isn't clean, the entire experience is downgraded. Towels are mini sized and thin. The wall paper by the towel holder at the vanity has white soap spots all over. Charging $200/ night for an unclean room is not acceptable..

Staff is so accommodating and helpful. They make sure you have a pleasant stay. The hotel is clean and the guest rooms are clean.

Location was okay It was overpriced for its lack of cleanliness. Our TV was broke and the dresser drawers wouldn’t even stay shut lol The kitchen was nonexistent other than a refrigerator and a microwave. And to top it off, aside from it being overpriced, we still had to pay for breakfast. I would definitely rate this hotel on the same level as a motel 6.

Clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly. Construction is underway, part of the parking lot is blocked off. No internet. Must pay for breakfast.
