Extended Stay America Suites Madison Junction Court

Only when we got back around midnight did we notice we had no pillows on the bed, so my wife had to rest her head on stiff towels, no toiletries and no bin. There was, however, the cleaner's broom and a 6ft plank of wood propped up in the room! We mentioned it the next morning to a pleasant lady on reception who called the duty manager on the phone who said they would look into it for us and arrange a refund. We are waiting for a response via Hotel.Com's customer service

The room was incredibly dirty and not well maintained at all. There was mold above the shower, the floor hadn't been cleaned maybe ever, and there were burn holes in the carpet. The breakfast was a package muffin and granola bar, and that was it.

It was wonderful to have the refrigerator and sink to make some small meals while I was there. The bed was comfortable and they had a pillow that I liked, which is rare. It was easy to get in and out of the building to my car. The location was perfect for what I was there for.

Nothing Everything

This place is very dated dirty carpet dirty stairs the tv was very old as well as the programming took at least 5 minutes to load programming guide.the WiFi was unuseable parking lot was truck repair area numerous trailers everywhere and the staff was well they were on site they even tried to rent my room while I was still in it. I will stay in a tent before coming back

Run down, loud, smelled of smoke. Front desk was very helpful in canceling 2nd night due to conditions of hotel.

This place is a dump! $240 a night for a $70 a night hotel. No ice machine! None! No work out room, no dishes in room, no conditioner, terrible service, I could go on forever. It is subsidized housing not a hotel. Do not stay here. Should not be listed as a hotel! Total joke. Was clean.

Nice area just hotel kind of look like an motel

Staff was wonderful! Physically it was clean and nicely decorated. You have to ask for things like dishes, pots, coffee pot, toaster… So pretty bare bones. Breakfast is just a few muffins in a cupboard and bad coffee, so a few points off there. The price was right, I’d stay here again.

Just dirty as hell

The kitchen was empty. You had to ask for anything you might need. Items were clean. The room was clean. The hall carpet had a lot of stains and it smelled. Staff was helpful. When going to the grab n go breakfast the only thing left to grab was packaged oatmeal. I'm sure we could have called the staff but we just went out for breakfast.

Excellent service provided by the front desk staff,very helpful and kind and that above and beyond kindness is a major part of the comfort here .

The property is in a very nice location near shopping and dining and it’s even a space for short exercise walks to unwind.

Beside grab and go breakfast everything was perfect
