I wish there was a bottle of water in my room at check in

Room and the property were both very clean and maintained. The staff was friendly and it was located in a good area. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Enjoyed the friendly staff

The mattress had such a divot on one side I rolled into it if I slept in the middle of the bed. The furniture had chunks missing and dents everywhere. There were no USB ports in the room. It’s an old property and it shows.

The WIFI was terrible. We tried to watch a show on HBO streaming that they offered for free and like every 5 seconds the show buffered. It was obvious that the WIFI was not strong enough for the hotel and for all the people using WIFI. Not a smart TV.

Bathroom sink impossible to reopen drain after closing it except with fingernails! Very weird. Also, hot and cold indicator on faucet reversed.

All great except breakfast was mid

Everything you expect from a 2 - 3 star suburban hotel

Otherwise very comfortable and love when a window can be open, at least a little.

When checking in the assistant was listening to what I was saying and suggested a room closer to the pool since I was asking about the pool hours and how exciting my kids were to be able to swim inside! The breakfast was very good and well stocked with all supplies. Thank you for making our stay welcoming and enjoyable.

The property was clean & very well run.

The property was under construction when we stayed. It was nice but construction prevented me from giving it 5 stars. Great location close to great recusants and shopping. Will be a great hotel once remodel is done. Also, very close to a running and bike trail.

The breakfast was good, standard. There was a good enough variety. I think for the price, the hotel was what it needed to be.

I thought the check-in was easy, and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The air conditioner was quiet and efficient. The only thing I saw, and it isn’t the biggest problem was there was some garbage in the corner by the back door. It was there when I first came in and still there when I left the next day.
