House keeping was top notch. Everything was excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean room! Good location, close, 5 minutes, to lots of chain and local restaurants. Bathroom in the room was a sliding barn door type - heavy, awkward to use and didn't fully close leaving a sight line into the bathroom. It's possible the railing for the door was installed upside down, preventing the door from completely covering the opening. Also the sofa bed mattress was very thin, almost unusable for 120lbs or less people.

The breakfast was great! Shuttle service was not existence. You had to set up shuttle service 24 hours In advance. That 24 hr in advance was based on if they actually had someone to drive the shuttle. So basically, no shuttle. Front desk was friendly.

We needed to speak to staff at check-in two times. Once at check-in and the other at check-out. They were not rude but more unpleasant, unwelcoming at both interactions. It felt like we were bothering them. Breakfast was a disaster, there was one person working to make items and to stock them for guests. It wasn't his fault and we felt bad for him, who on earth doesn't look at the percentage of rooms booked (there was a concert the night before) and staff more kitchen help for the next morning?? Food was constantly out, several items at once, one coffee machine stopped working as did the pancake machine for a bit. There is nothing really within walking distance of the hotel aside from Taco Bell. The bathroom had no hand washing liquid or soap and the water pressure was embarassing. The upside is that the room was clean and the beds were nice.

The floors were filthy

We were warmly welcomed in and Kimberly at the front desk/lobby was great at answering questions and helping with locating places to eat and other suggestions.

Very clean facility, we had an extended stay and room was cleaned daily except for once which might have been due to us returning to the room before they had time to clean it. Front desk was very helpful in getting us fresh towels. Breakfast had good variety and well stocked. Only minor complaint was the employee at the front desk when we checked in was less than friendly but overall was a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Great facilities

Stayed here for the second time. Night staff was super attentive and friendly and had an excellent movie recommendation. Hotel is very clean, breakfast pretty good.

The room was very cute and clean with a very large bathroom. Nice hotel overall with a great price for my last minute travel! No complaints!
