Our room was very clean but the shower door was very difficult to open and close. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. The bed was comfortable and I could not believe how great the gym and equipment was. I would definately stay again.

Everything was very clean. The breakfast was great; lots of variety and plenty of it.

The staff and cleanliness were excellent.

The breakfast was great…the pool area was big enough for the kids to enjoy swimming and it had a pretty big hot tub! The I my complaints I had was the elevator is SO slow so when we were trying to check out it took forever to get on it. Also the last day of our stay the guy working in the breakfast area was pretty rude!

Good location, quiet and friendly staff

Great breakfast! Awesome pool and work out room. The space accommodated our family of 6. Staff could be warmer. Overall, we'd happily recommend!

Bathroom in the room was a sliding barn door type - heavy, awkward to use and didn't fully close leaving a sight line into the bathroom. It's possible the railing for the door was installed upside down, preventing the door from completely covering the opening. Also the sofa bed mattress was very thin, almost unusable for 120lbs or less people.

The breakfast was great! Shuttle service was not existence. You had to set up shuttle service 24 hours In advance. That 24 hr in advance was based on if they actually had someone to drive the shuttle. So basically, no shuttle. Front desk was friendly.
