The staff was always accommodating and pleasant. The convenience of hving dining options was very good although over priced for what you got. Cleanliness of bathroom - the tub needed some scrubbing. We paid for three people in our room but consistently had to ask for more towels whereas we only got service for two.

Exceptional

The bistro pricing posted on signage did not match the pricing in the menus. I was informed the menus needed to be updated but the lower pricing was not honoured.

Good location. No free continental breakfast.

Did not have breakfast

The wall behind the toilet was wet. It took the refrigerator a while to get cold.

Location, cleanliness and comfortability were excellent. Upon checking in, there was only one employee working the front desk. Only one of the computers was accepting credit cards. I would think at check-in time, a busy time of the day, there would be two people out front checking in visitors. This resulted in a long line of about 8 people deep. I waited in line at least 15 minutes to be checked in. Then, upon arriving at our 3rd floor room, our key cards didn't work. Instead of going back down to the lobby to wait in line again, we were lucky enough to find a housekeeping staff member on our floor and he let us into our room. We took care of the key cards after our return from dinner later that same evening.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was large & very clean! The checkin line was long -almost 30 minutes. 1 person working on the day of a 40,000 person concert seems very wrong. The bar & restaurant were also closed on a Saturday. The mini-market had no beer left at all & limited on other items. Parking was fine. Safe area with some bars/restuarants nearby.

Everything in a hotel of this quality should be top notch and in this case there were two things I thought were sub par. The room refrigerator was very small and had no freezer compartment. And the front desk was continuously understaffed causing long delays at check in.

It was a convenient location. I prepaid for a king bed on bookings.com. I got 2 queen beds. There was a large air purifier running in the room that was left in the room all night because there was no maint. person and the previous guest smoked in the room. The room stunk of ionized air from the air purifier. And the toilet was broken. I had to pull the lid off the toilet and adjust the broken stopper valve so the toilet wouldn’t run all night. The lady at the front desk was no help.

Beautiful hotel, so happy with my choice! Food was very good and a nice selection. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with any questions. The one complaint would have to be the bathtub. I think it is very dangerous. The way that it slopes down into the middle. I’m sure it’s for drainage, but it was really scary to take a shower in the tub.

The hotel and room were absolutely beautiful, with a stunning lobby and pool area. The only real downside was that when we arrived, they seemed short-staffed, so we had to wait around for about half an hour to check in. The staff was apologetic, and I understood the situation. Other than that, the hotel was amazing, and I’d be happy to stay there again.

Clean and fairly comfortable. It was other stuff that was annoying. The shower drained very slowly, the refrigerator didn't keep things cold and they have a 'bistro" in the lobby selling overpriced coffee rather than just free coffee like every other hotel in the area. I doubt we'll go back.
