Courtyard by Marriott Madison West Middleton

Everything was great. Our only complaint was that their "free breakfast" is only for those who book through their website. It doesn't state that anywhere on the website. We booked through Expedia expecting to get a freebreakfast since it said that online.

I always love staying at this hotel. Rooms are great, bed is comfortable, gym is great. My only complaint is that there isn’t microwaves in the rooms but that’s not a make or break deal for me!

Comfortable and quiet

Good facility, very clean. However, most important to me is sleep quality. Walls are thin and conversation, TV , coughing come thru from the room next to me. Also hallway noise.

The hotel has a great pool for kids. The outdoor courtyard has tables, chairs, and a fire pit. We got pizzas and enjoyed the outdoor area. The rooms were cleaned each day, 😊. Overall, a great stay.

Room itself was clean and nice. Bathroom was not. Hair in the shower. No body wash (ended up grabbing the hand soap; not going to stop and call desk mid-shower). Tile floor missing grout; put rug over it but then walked on pieces of grout left on the floor.

I was most impressed with the front desk employee who checked me in on Friday!

Hard checking in as the front desk appeared understaffed. The staff in general was very kind and helpful.

Need more menus available other than at the bistro.

When we checked in we had to wait because there was a long line and only one employee working. When we got to the room the refrigerator was not working. Then when we went to take a shower it leaked water all over the floor and we had to use most of our towels to clean it up. Also the ice machine ran out of ice as well.

Helpful & courteous staff. Very clean room and common areas. There was a charge for breakfast though and my key didn't work at the pool for some reason.
