Clean, quiet, hot tub was nice, enjoyed fire pit. Very nice everywhere in hotel

The hotel and room were absolutely beautiful, with a stunning lobby and pool area. The only real downside was that when we arrived, they seemed short-staffed, so we had to wait around for about half an hour to check in. The staff was apologetic, and I understood the situation. Other than that, the hotel was amazing, and I’d be happy to stay there again.

Clean and fairly comfortable. It was other stuff that was annoying. The shower drained very slowly, the refrigerator didn't keep things cold and they have a 'bistro" in the lobby selling overpriced coffee rather than just free coffee like every other hotel in the area. I doubt we'll go back.

I've stayed here before. The place is always quiet and clean. My daughter loves to play in the pool. Highly recommend whether you are traveling for business or pleasure. Always a great stay.

Hotel was very clean, quiet, and we had a restful stay. We didn’t use the pool and did not eat or drink there. We had breakfast plans elsewhere, but would not have paid the excessive price for breakfast otherwise. We were disappointed that we had to purchase coffee, other than the individual maker in the room that we don’t utilize. Coffee should be an obvious inclusion in a hotel stay, in my opinion. I would recommend this hotel if you don’t want breakfast included.

Room was exactly as requested. Loved the easy access to the room and the shower. Was confused about breakfast and dinner. Couldn't find the ice machine, when I asked qt desk they did offer to go get for me ,but only gave me a half a bucket.

First of all, if you booked this through Expedia, I feel sorry for you. They screwed me over so badly with changing my flight when I didn't ask them to, then charging me a $200 fare difference. With Expedia, apparently the customer is always wrong until they spend hours on the phone to prove they're not wrong. Ok, about this hotel. I spent three nights here. Checking in was a little bit grueling because the hotel was sold out and they left it all to one desk clerk. So obviously everything took longer, there was a line, and the poor girl had to answer calls and deal with customers over the phone at the same time. It was ridiculous. Otherwise, the refrigerator barely worked, and there was no microwave in the room. There's one behind the front desk that everyone can use, but come on. So inconvenient. Also, I had a few bags to bring up to the room, and there was no cart available (I was told there were only two carts and they were being used at the time), so I had to make two trips. My friend and I never used the pool, so I can't speak to that. We did come down and have a couple of drinks at the bar, though, and that was a nice experience. The bartender was great. (He was Ecuadorian, I think?) I don't remember his name. Parking is super easy, so that's great and everything was clean, the bedding, the room, the bathroom, and the hotel overall seemed well-maintained.

It was the clean, the tv didn’t work so they moved us to a different room. Other than tha it was great

First- the staff at check in advised breakfast is 7 to 10a. She didn't mention that breakfast is not complimentary. Second- other than the coffee maker in the room, there is no complimentary coffee downstairs, as there is a Starbucks in the lobby to take your money. Lastly- the TV in the room is extremely difficult to see from the bed. The bed is not against the wall facing the TV, rather its on the wall facing the windows. The TV is on a moving slide, but it doesn't come out far enough to angle properly to see the screen. Whoever designed that did a poor job. Again, the hotel and room were spotless.

Nice relaxing patio with lights. Can’t wait to try the firepit when in season.

- Rooms are spacious - Spacious lobby area - Property looks well-maintained - Big pool with kids-focused features (compared to similar hotels)
