The privacy , breakfast & pool were the best?! My view was dumpsters out my first floor window.

During the evening hours I stepped out of my room and the entire second floor hallway was overwhelmed with a burning smell (downstairs construction workers were cutting slab in the dining area). It gave me a migraine :( Not the way I wanted my stay to be. However, the front desk people were very nice and tried to change me to the third floor, but they were booked. If you can, contact the property first to see in what stage they are in the construction before you stay there. Once it is done, it looks like it is going to be good.

Quiet, clean and a good value. Note that they are currently remodeling so the underground parking is full of project materials right now, including around the EV chargers, but the chargers do work.

If the hotel is doing a renovation it should be disclosed on their website. Our 8am Saturday wake up was drilling and hammering. The closest exit to our room was being painted so going up/down was not easy since baseboards and handrails were freshly painted. The breakfast was very uninspiring. Limited selection. The only fruits were apples. No bananas, oranges, etc. The coffee was the worst I have ever had at a hotel. Breakfast was from 7a-10a. On Sunday, we arrived at 945 and half the food was picked up already. Several bagel halfs let, yogurt and cottage cheese was nearly gone and had sprinkles of granola and preserves spilt into it. Waffle station was closed and cleaned up which means it was shutdown way before 945a. I choice this hotel to have a gym but it is connected to the pool. The gym tiles were covered in water from people leaving the pool and tracking through the gym. The gym temp and humidity was like being in the pool area. There are somewhere near 300 rooms in this hotel but 50 parking spots in the lot which is shared with a clinic that has spots posted for no parking. There's street parking but it is shared with an apartment complex across the street plus boutique shops on the ground floor. We booked two rooms. In both rooms, the AC units did not work during the day. My room was up to 79° when we returned even though the temp was set at 69°. For that the hotel actually looks like and the posted online pictures, there's a huge difference. Will never stay again.

The room was exactly what we needed. The staff were great. Location was convenient. Parking was a little complicated. Few options for vegetarians for breakfast, but we expected that. There was some sort of construction happening, but nobody mentioned it. The laundry machines take forever. The dryer barely warmed up in over an hour.

24 hour pool and hot tub hours. Also, social hours

It was clean Very loud all night, weed and cigarets smell in the night.We had very poor sleep.

Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Pool and hot tub were great! Very close to restaurants and shops, all within walking distance.

Room was clean and had plenty of space, comfortable seating. Hotel overall was quiet. Pool and hot tub were in good working order. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options.

Breakfast There was a lot of banging noise going on, sound like someone could fall into my room with the level of banging and knocking. Seemed like a hammer was being used in the rooms around me, it frightened my five year old. The kitchen sink only had cold water the left handle didn't work, no water ran from it.

Con’s, Deadbolt didn’t work on the door. Elevator, hallways, rooms, etc were all very dirty and run down. The mattress felt cheap and uncomfortable. The parking was very confusing.
