Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Middleton - Madison West

Clean, big room, convenience

Nice place for a quick stay. Clean rooms. Under construction with some remodeling going on. No water overnight one night. Would stay again.

Room very clean. Check in was easy. Breakfast was convenient.

It was great The beds were a little too firm for me

Not much It wasn't clean and the desk staff were rude

Blame booking on this. I requested a room on my route. Booking shows the country inn as a property 8 miles from my location. I pushed the button and the directions were 30 miles in the opposite direction direction. I immediately called to cancel and they would not allow it. Also said they had no manager pin property. See above

Price is good, location wise is really good for me The first room had molded I had to changed. Remodeling is going on so little hectic.

Clean room

Room and breakfast

The breakfast choices were very nice.😊

We were only there for a couple hours, but it was a nice night sleep

Breakfast did not include a place to heat oatmeal, lukewarm early morning coffee (5 AM), staff on their cell phone, and lack of fruit or cereal toppings like bananas, oranges, nuts, cranberries, raisins, etc.

I have stayed in dozens of hotels over the years, but this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to leave a review. Everything exceeded expectations; exceptional value for money. The staff went above and beyond.

Exceptional

The area was very convenient, and made it easy to get to places we wanted to go. There were renovations being done during our stay which didn’t bother us, but being woken up at 8am to what sounded like different machines being used right outside of our hotel room.

Everything Nothing

Wonderful stay!

It was a little tricky to figure out which hotel was correct because its name was very similar to an adjacent hotel. Check in was a little slow due to a computer issue. However, I was happy with my stay. No bedbugs, clean rooms. Breakfast was pretty good. Great price! I wasn't bothered by the ongoing renovations.

Reasonably priced, quiet, clean room. The hotel is not far from downtown Middleton, and it’s close to the beltline and next to a Costco.

Our stay was very nice. The front desk staff was very accommodating with a problem with our room.
