Quiet hotel. Breakfast was to open at 6AM but it had opened earlier for the workers that were staying at the hotel, which was great to see.

Check in and other staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. Bike trail right out the back door was very convenient for my morning run! There is a pool but I rarely use a pool. I would suggest putting coffee out early, before breakfast for us early risers.

Breakfast was fine. Rooms need some deep cleaning and or a little updating in the bathrooms. Front desk was very helpful.

Staff was great at check in - the room was spacious and it’s so close to great shopping.

Staff were nice and attentive. Overall good place to stay with good location but breakfast needed improvement with more food options and better coffee.

Great convenient location right off the highway. Very clean, free cookies in the lobby every night, excellent firm pillows! Free breakfast was good but not a lot of choices.

Noise levels were absurd. Entire wall was shaking at 1:30 am

Property was well-maintained and quiet. Staff was very friendly and welcoming! Hallways need an update but rooms were fresh and newly remodeled. Beds were comfortable.

Parking was well-lit at night and felt very safe. The breakfast bar was not fabulous...very little offered.

It was clean and they are updating it.

Filthy

There were things broken in our room. I told the front desk staff because I didn't want to be charged for them. Free breakfast would be a nice amenity, but it was pretty gross. The room was clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. The bed was cozy.

In the middle of a needed remodel, so hopefully the rooms are upgraded as its currently not to the level of what we'd expect from the brand. Breakfast buffet choices not extensive, but family enjoyed the food.

Nice

The property is under renovation. There were a few items missed by the cleaning staff and painting crew. Apples were the only fresh fruit at breakfast. I would have liked some bananas. Eggs were the only hot item in chaffing dishes. I guess I was spoiled by the Springfield IL location last year. There was quite a spread for breakfast compared to this property.

Very clean and a wonderful price!
