Bad experience

Good breakfast, convenient location

Staff was amazing definitely highly recommended

Everything was great and everyone was very friendly. It is well located to shopping and restaurants.

Room was as advertised very clean and comfortable

The room was grimy around door edges, light switches, and light fixtures. The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture appeared new. Plusses and minuses. Staff was excellent.

Very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Really great breakfast, amazing how well they kept the every item available with a large selection and a full dining room.

The breakfast was good for this level of hotel. The rooms were comfortable. The only negative is that the hotel caters to dogs (which is fine if the dogs and their owners respect other customers). The room next to ours had a dog that barked nonstop for 8 hours. The hotel tried to get a hold of the owner. There were no other rooms available.

Everything was first rate. We didnt use the kitchen this time, but I looked to see if they had a goid selection of utensils and pans, ect. That was also up to par.

Everything was great, staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were cleaned and well stocked for kitchen use. Only complaint is AC in gym is nio working. The nice young man at the front tried to help and adjust it but it remained super hot in there. Maybe add fans to help?

The staff were excellent and the rooms were updated and immaculate. It’s located in the midst of an enormous shopping area with high end chain stores and eateries. The front door and loading area were minimalistic

Very nice location that felt very safe. Dog potty areas are small and not the best lit, but they sufficed. Typical Residence Inn as far as quality and cleanliness.
