Residence Inn by Marriott Madison West/Middleton

Stay was excellent

Extremely pleasant stay! Front desk staff and breakfast staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well prepared and maintained - eating area was comfortable and clean. The room was quiet and everything was well maintained. Great facility, would stay here again!

Nice breakfast, good staff

Great place to stay! Loved the full kitchen amenities and they also have a great breakfast downstairs every morning 😋 plenty to do around the area and short drive to get downtown Madison if that’s where your visiting!

Good value for the money. Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks!

Bummer on the pool and hot tub

Really awesome service by the staff. They make me feel valued.

Hot tub didn’t work. Pool temp was to cold to swim and it was closed 5 days anyway.

Pet friendly & convenient location

Convenient location to the children’s hospital. Loved the kitchenette with dishes and the huge refrigerator, we were there for 4 nights. The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. The hotel was wonderful, only issue we had was our neighbor’s room had a big dog that barked quite a bit, which isn’t the hotel’s fault.

Well appointed room. Great to have extra space and the kitchen set up was great!

Nice to cook had everything I needed. Staff were very nice

Great 2 week stay for an externship at COPLOW. Quick and easy daily commute! Everyone at the hotel was friendly and room service was great. Young, single female traveler and I felt safe in a town/state in which I did not know at all.

Room was large, stocked and very clean! Breakfast was good but had a few ants crawling in pastry container. Hot tub was not working and cold.

This hotel was very quiet

Exceptional

The staff at this property is the best

Breakfast was amazing, room was a great deal for the money.

Exactly as described and consistent with previous stats. Not a huge fan of breakfast choices.

Nice staffing
