Comfort Suites Madison West - Middleton

Room was tiny, ac was awful. Kiosk check in was troublesome and took longer than needed. Room was clean though, shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was good.

Good price, convenient Sink slow to drain; sink stopper not working properly. Also electric plugs between beds not quite right.

The entire property was hot, musty, and dated, but the third-floor hallway was unbearable. It smelled strongly of body odor and rotten food. The odor was so overwhelming that I had to retrieve my wife’s Zofran from the car because it was making her nauseated. We booked a jacuzzi room, but the tub had visible staining and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The biggest issue was the complete lack of peace and quiet. Adult guests spent hours yelling, arguing, stomping, running through the hallways, slamming doors, and a nearby dog barked for long periods. The noise continued until around 2 a.m., then resumed at 4 a.m. when the room next door repeatedly opened and slammed their door. We got virtually no sleep. I didn’t leave the room to complain because I genuinely didn’t feel comfortable or safe opening the door with everything happening immediately outside my door. Hotels.com contacted the property on my behalf, but the hotel declined any accommodation, apology, or refund. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay fell far below what I expect from a Comfort Inn. Do not stay here.

Decent hotel nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. Only complain I have is I was traveling with a pet and online it says $40 pet fee and a couple days prior I called and they also said $40 pet fee. However when checking in they charged me a $50 pet fee. I told him it said less online and when I called and he said it changed and charged me a $50 pet fee!!

estábamos en la piscina y según tengo entendido cierran a las 11 de la noche. Esta vez faltaban 10 minutos para las 11 cuando apagaron las luces y mi familia y yo estábamos en ella. Nos tocó buscar nuestras cosas en lo oscuro y ni siquiera el empleado nos dejó saber que se iba a cerrar unos minutos antes. Pienso que deberían por lo menos dejar saber que uno tiene que salir antes deberían las 10:50. No que dicen que cierran a las 11 pm

The cleaning crew were helpful when I had questions for them. In the morning manager listened to my concerns about front desk staff from the previous night Take a child that it was my responsibility to ask for my room to be cleaned. My suggestion was to add that to the cheat sheet that's in the room by the TV. Not everybody reads the plethora of online words when making reservation, but a one sentence on a cheat sheet via TV and its remote could do the trick.

The staff was very friendly. Answered our questions. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Great location.
