Other than the staff not being the friendliest our stay was great. They have a great pool and nice big rooms that were clean.

The staff was excellent. The breakfast was fine. Glad there was a lot to choose from. The room was large. The a/c worked well but, the room felt damp. No room cleaning service for the 3-day visit. The carpet in the hallways needed to be cleaned. Lots of stains. The price/night was super reasonable. Lots of parking spaces.

I always appreciate an on site breakfast. easy check in although I waited due to inattention by one staff who seemingly ignored me. Room was great, I loved that the dresser was right next to the door to block out some light. Would definitely stay again.

It was a very clean and well maintained room. The indoor pool and hot tub made my trip memorable.

The room smelled like a sweaty locker room. Walls are paper thin; we stayed up most of the night listening to the neighbors TV (and dog barking?) and the family above us with kids jumping off the beds. The AC unit both didn't keep the room cool and was very loud. The lights that shine up the outside wall at night were impossible to keep out of the room, even closing the blackout curtains. Hallways were dirty. We did it give it a couple stars because the sheets and bathroom were clean.

Breakfast is fantastic!

Breakfast was good with many available options. The pool and hot tub were clean and access was easy. The outside of the property and common areas were clean and well maintained. Staff was OK. Not overly friendly, but not rude either. Extra blanket in our room was stained so I called front desk for a new one. I was told "I will have one brought up in 5 minutes." After it hadn't arrived in over 15, and we were exhausted and ready for bed, I called again. This time I was told that we had to come get it at the desk. If there wasn't staff to deliver it, don't make it sound like it is being delivered. Or maybe be sure to not have stained blankets on the shelves of guest rooms.

Nice workout room, although I would have liked to have access to weights less than 25 pounds. Awesome size pool, perfect for kids. However the bathroom attached to the pool had multiple features that needed repair. Breakfast had several options, however the eggs were not good.

Morning continental breakfast is good and neat.

Super super thin walls! People next to us had our headboard shaking! Hotel qas decent for what you paid. Breakfast was nothing specail, bur got the job done.

3rd year in a row staying there... Not a Hyatt Regency--but great price and value... and their new Shower Heads are the BOMB... yowza
