I will also mention I did not see any signs for an elevator. We stayed on the first floor, so I did not have a need for 1, but if you do need one, maybe call head to confirm or make sure they give you a 1st floor room. Some things in room 167 could use an upgrade such as grungy tile groute, for fabric on the recliner chair etc. The ac unit also had a musty chemical smell coming from it. The king mattress was too firm for my preference but it worked out fine for 1 night. I paid around $100 for a Thursday night room. If you pay much more than that, not sure its worth it, but compared to how pricey other hotels in madison are it was overall a good deal and a decent stay.

Clean and neat. Large pool. Bed was really comfortable and room had all the amenities. Amazing breakfast selection and delicious!

Was load at night ,

Was great at first than around 1:00am got woke up

The morning I left there was water coming out of the vent on the bathroom ceiling. More than likely an overflow from the guests above. Otherwise no issues with the workers, they were all great!

Mattress was old and lumpy. 24" tv way too small.

The property is showing its age. It looks like it used to be really nice and now it’s not being kept up like it used to be. My room was clean, but tiles were broken on the bathroom floor, shower curtain was torn from use, just little things like that. It was nice enough, but it isn’t like it looks in the photos on line.

I liked the pool, hot tub, and breakfast

This is a okay hotel. It was clean ish. It’s showing its age. The pictures are out dated, they were taken when it was new and shiny. That was a while ago. It was represented nicer than it was.

Upon arrival I was disappointed that they didn't have a room for me on the first floor as I requested when I made the reservation a week prior. However, the front desk attendant was very kind and friendly so I immediately got over my disappointment her name is Cat, she was delightful! The pool is beautiful very large and perfect temperature. Another great staff member is Jazz she is adorable and very down to earth and kind those two young ladies made my trip wonderful.

The room was no clean and the hotel had a smell. Food was not good or enough for the amount of guess

No smile Coffee stir sticks in the room would be great.

Great place to travel with dogs. Indoor pool was nice and breakfast was perfect!

The fire alarms went off both nights, how the hell can you sleep when they are blring at midnight
