Really easy check in process and things were explained throughly

I love this hotel, my family and enjoyed a lot during our 2 days

I don’t have a review to give the hotel was ok. I only stayed one day

The staff were super attentive during our stay. They were super helpful and accommodating for our special needs family. The only thing that wasn’t great was not being able to use our kids meal vouchers because it was dine in only. Our son is autistic and doesn’t do well dining in. So we ended up ordering to our room and paying full price. That was the only disappointing thing about it our stay.

All in all, my expectations were met.

Everything was wonderful. My day was great. The staff was wonderful and the area was great.

Clean and easy check in. Shower pressure is low.

This is a beautiful property. We found the bedroom and bathroom to be sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Busy pool . Catwalk any place to stay , let alone swim

The breakfast was robust, the staff mediocre, the restaurant offered tasty food, housekeeping was modest, location was suitable. One of the desk clerks was ignorant of hotel capability and unable to help adequately, sat behind the counter with her feet on the counter.

We stayed in a two queen bed room. It was clean, not spacious, yet okay for a toddler to move around. The pool is very kid friendly but I would recommend life jackets because the two pools are close by and toddlers can easily go between the two. Nice option hotel for family. Breakfast was okay, no non pork options.

The kids absolutely loved the water park. It got crowded for a few minutes but was soon less crowded. Lifeguards are super helpful, staff in the front is great, and the bartender was fun. Wish the bar in the pool was open. Overall it's a great place for kids. I will say the clientele can be a bit "country" if you will - lots of people smoking outside and that kind of thing, but we had no major issues with anyone. The restaurant is apparently not great but the buffet in the morning served us well. All in all a fun time for kids.

We had a great time at this hotel. It was me and my 3 kids under 10. We used the waterpark multiple times. It was great, but could have been cleaner. Nothing very dirty- you can just tell it's a well used amenity. The breakfast in the attached restaurant was awesome. Housekeeping came and gave us fresh towels and took our trash each day which is always appreciated. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. If we ever find ourselves in Madison, we would stay again!

My family had a great time. The small Waterpark type pool was a huge hit with my 3 boys. Breakfast was great. Id say the only neg we had was our bathroom door wouldn't latch. The person in the room that was adjoining ours had his alarm going off every few mins from like 4am until almost 430 when I finally knocked out the joining doors to wake him up. That was not the hotel management's fault though of course....just a heavy sleeper who wasnt waking up to his alarm, sadly woke up our entire family.

The room was clean, the breakfast was pretty vast and delicious. The pool bathroom was dirty but otherwise my kids had a lot of fun on the pool
