Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Madison West - Middleton by IHG

I had a very pleasant stay here. Room was large, beds very comfortable, and, except for the occasional footstep over head, quiet. The breakfast was surprisingly generous, and included real oatmeal (my favorite), thick slices of bacon, eggs, muffins--the whole spread. I would happily return.

Hotel was awesome. Front desk welcomed us. Great experience!

Disappointing

Was a nice hotel. We were there Sunday through Wednesday. It was quiet out of the way. Kids loved the little waterpark. The restaurant attached was convenient. No delivery to room. Food was very good. Directions were vague. Check-in can be a little chaotic with a family. Especially after traveling all day. There was no literature in the room as to where things are. Like tv guide, restaurants, local attractions, WiFi never worked the 3 days we were there seemed to loose connection in our room but worked in the lobby. And the last little annoyance was that there were only 2 towels in our room with a family of 4. So every day I had to stop at the counter and get more.

Experience was fine enough. Not the cleanest but not dirty per se. food was not good and the lifeguards were rude. Desk staff was very kind.

Little water park was great for my 8 and younger kids. Hotel room was on the same level and really made the whole experience even better. Breakfast in the morning was very busy and slightly chaotic

Bueno

Carpet in the room was wet and the room smelled when we came in.

Please look into the price because I paid more than the website stated

Great stay, the room was clean.

Great stay, the room was...

Great place

Really fun pool and clean hotel for the family

The towels could have been softer. When I was drying off after my shower, I thought I was getting an exfoliation. I also didn't like the roughness on my facial cloth.

Family friendly and convenient.

The pool area was excellent for the kids. The room looked like it had animal hair in it. But overall, everything was fine.

Very good

Room was double booked or something when we got there, traveled with family, paid 259.00 bucks to sleep on a couch. Since room wasn’t “unavailable” that we originally booked they “upgraded” us to a king suite, there’s four of us….the jacuzzi tub which my wife was excited about, until she turned it on and the water had gunk in it from it not being cleaned.

Bed bugs were found

So much.
