Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Madison West - Middleton by IHG

We have been coming up here every year for the past 5 years. Rooms are nice and spacious. The waterpark is a hit. And the breakfast buffet is wonderful. Highly recommend, especially if coming with smaller kids.

The restaurant on site was DELICIOUS!

Everything was great. The beds were very comfortable. We had to pool area mostly to ourselves for a while and my kids would’ve stayed all day if they good.

We liked the room, but the shower looked so terrible that we avoided using it during our stay. I bathed my babies in the sink instead. The toilet holder broke and when I set up the couch for my kids to sleep on. I took out the pillows and blanket and there was this massive brown stain on it. It looked like someone had diarrhea, which made me wonder if any of the sheets we were using was clean. The kids did like the pool and the restaurant had delicious food.

Dirty towels left in our room, black mold on the ac unit, stains all over the carpet, comforter was not only ripped but also stained, people jumping in the room above us until midnight. Gross felt like I slept in an uncleaned room. Oh and unfinished wall in ice maker room and it smelt like dead animals.

Everything was wonderful. Staff were nice, room was clean and the pool area was amazing! The kids and I had a blast. Breakfast was great! Huge selection. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel!

The next morning , We asked if we could have a late checkout and Barbara who is at the desk was rude and Starkey told me there were too many people there and that it would be impossible for that to happen, yet the people behind us were able to get a late stay. when my mom came in to get a pass to watch the kids swim she gave her a bracket and then my mom said something about oh I thought there was a charge and after giving it to my mom and telling her there wasn’t a charge, she charged her $10 This was Barbara at the desk again. She never smiled never said thank you, just rude and snarky. On the flip side, Kids had a great time. The pool area is above and beyond, lifeguards were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was terrific although we were supposed to be given tickets for breakfast and we did not receive them, but they did finally let us have breakfast all in all fairly good stay.

Easy access and friendly staff

Everything was fine except microwave wasn't working but staff helped with that. Breakfast was really good

Hotel was ok. Breakfast gets crowded. Restaurant has good food. Bar in the hotel was not always open when hours listed said it should be open.

Did not like lighting in the bath room seemed to dark for shaving and not enough light in shower.

Good breakfast and mini waterpark great for kids

I did not know it had a small indoor water park. I did not use it but I will next time. It looked very nice. The free breakfast was very complete and tasty. Very clean hotel.
