Fantastic breakfast with eggs fresh baked goods bacon hot and clean . Clean room felt safe on the property and plenty of parking space . Friendly staff and easy check in

Loved the indoor pool! Breakfast was wonderful with many options. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

The fridge in the room was not cooling, pool was closed most of the time. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and parking was good

All staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were very clean stocked. Being outside on the grounds was even relaxing. I definitely would go back again without hesitation.

First room smelled like cat piss.....literally. Man came in an sprayed Fabreeze. Did nothing. Said they had no more rooms and to get a refund from Expedia. Nothing he could do. Someone else came out an offered a suite. That room was better, but still nothing special. Will never stay again.

Room had a smell, the power at the nightstand for the clock, lamp and outlets had no power. We let the water run for about 20 minutes and it never got hot, barley warm.

Everything was in good order; staff were helpful. My wife and I had a wonderful stay here.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time everything was great. This time though, the room had cigarette strong smell while it was a smoke free room. We asked for change of room and got another room immediately. However, the bathroom area had a very musty damp smell. Don't think the ventilation system in the bathroom was working at all. We didn't want to do another room change so we stayed in there. Told the staff as we checked out. Hope they would look into it. All the staff we encountered were very nice and helpful though. Breakfast was good too.

Rooma was clean, breakfast was fresh, parking was safe, and staff was polite.

We had connecting rooms and they were very spacious. We needed specific accommodations and we were very well taken care of! Thank you!

The mattress was subpar. I was there just one night and when I told the receptionist the next morning he said I should have call down when this was noticed (at 10 pm with a full hotel?). Not satisfied with his answer

Breakfast had a good selection and felt clean. Waffle maker, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage, coffee and juice etc Room smelled horrendous. We opened the door and what wafted out was like a locked wet basement smell.we asked for the room to be sprayed with freshener and cracked the window open. When we got back it smelled the same but with a floral hint. There was a large wood cockroach us on the bath mat upon return as well. We toughed out the night but wouldn't have stayed a second.

The only thing positive I can say was that the people working at the front desk were kind. My room smelled strongly of smoke (in a supposedly non-smoking hotel), and they didn’t have another room available to move me to. Their solution was to spray the room with floral sanitizer spray, and not refund me. They said they couldn’t refund me because I booked through Expedia and not through them directly. Also, the room was freezing (even after turning the air off), the shower head was not working properly, and the room was dirty (I found stains and hair everywhere). It was also just generally a very loud hotel without enough noise buffers. 0/10, would not recommend.
