Breakfast plentiful and fresh

The breakfast options were great.

The stay provided me with security and comfort. I had nowhere to go, no money of my own, a broken down vehicle and nowhere to stay. Thank you for being there in time of need.

Check in and room was great and hotel along with outside area was very quite. Breakfast was your typical far and satisfactory. Arrived just after 3 pm and On approaching the outside door all trash receptacle's were overflowing, which seemed unusual for the time of day. Housekeeping never entered our room during our two night stay thus bed was never made nor towels replaced. The hotel did have good rates. So would probably stay again.

Everything was great. Great location room was nice and staff was nice and helpful. My only gripe was outdoor trash cans were overflowing for couple days . We will go the again if needed and recommend to everyone.

The registration staff is very accommodating. I've had to extend my stay quite a few times and they have been able to allow me to occupy the same room without my having to pack up and go to another room. So far I have not been turned away and they are willing to work with me to work through unforeseen circumstances.

Room was ok the only thing is that our bathtub water didn't drain well after a shower.

The breakfast was a very nice experience. Generous offerings and quite a variety. Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere.

Pool was cold. No tv remote, no lamp shades, nasty bathtub and the drain for the jacuzzi tub didn’t go in all the way. Breakfast was good staff was nice. Just run down.

The breakfast selection was pretty awesome -- just need more fresh fruit. The staff was friendly and helpful. When you're traveling with limited funds, it is troublesome to pay a $100 security fee on top of room fees. Required to have at registration to guarantee payment for damages to the unit. Responsible tenants would never consider being disrespectful to property and would likely benefit from that $100 in their pockets to use while there. I've never heard of such a thing.

Check in was pretty rough but I understand people starting out. Breakfast was a few fruits and cold sausages and pancakes, not very impressive. I stayed for an event in the area so if I ever needed to, I would stay here again but not my first choise.

Both elevators down, pool was down, ice machine was down. It was terrible!

1 elevator down our ice machine broken on 2nd floor vending machine broken room was very clean.+ front desk woman in the AM was very accommodating rude employee who oversees AM breakfast shut the door on my wife as we were checking out.

No light in the bathroom, uncomfortable bed
