Clean room, comfortable beds, good parking. Nice pool.
-
The pool looked in need of cleaning. The room was clean. The hotel did not seem as clean as it usually did. The staff was nice.
-
Quiet. So close to airport. Good price.

The front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean with an unusual layout. Very little space around the beds but lots of entry space and closet nook. The sofa bed is just a twin sized pullout trundle. It was nice that the sink is outside the shower/toilet room so that 2 people can be getting ready at the same time. Our biggest issue was the air circulation: the a/c was VERY loud and cold when it was running but within minutes of it turning off, the room was unbearably hot again. It made for a rough night of sleep. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. No fresh fruit besides bananas, no muffins, and no waffle batter even though there were 2 waffle irons. We won’t be back.

Our room was clean, bed and trundle were very comfortable. Breakfast was good especially the waffles.

Pool was down but otherwise great

Checked in on a Saturday, checked out Tuesday, after 3 days of using the same towels and overflowing trash we were told they only clean every 5 days. Mystery charges showed up when we left and when I asked I was informed there was a $20.00 per night parking fee which was never mentioned and some charges were added and I should see a credit. I will let you know when I see it. The hotel was clean and we were happy except for cleqning and charges

This was our second stay at Springhill Suites in Manchester, NH and we were, again, very pleased! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the parking is very convenient. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast all three mornings that we were there, and it was very good with lots to choose from. We had to leave a day earlier than expected, and the staff (I believe her name was Maria) was very helpful in working out the details of the schedule change. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again the next time we're in Manchester visiting family!

Hotel was excellent and would recommend for one visiting the area.

The Room and Upper Floor Location was Superb. It was Fairly Quiet and Tranquil. The Room Size was Comfy. It Appeared Very Clean. The Visibility of Your Vehicle from Upper Floor was a Plus. The Hot Water was Great Leaving Something Behind and having to Do an hour+ Drive Back(Another Day) to retrieve it.

The Room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool was dingy. The hotel ran out of pillows so when asked for a blanket & pillow for the pullout that was paid for in the room we were denied saying you were out of pillows. Coffee was not kept fresh in the lobby through the day, it sat all day. Will not return to this hotel!

I liked the location, and the room set up & style. The room was full of long hair from numerous females. My 6 yr old son dropped something on the floor and picked it up and there was a HUGE CLUMP of hair on it! Not only that, we went to try and enjoy the pool and there was clumps and clumps of long women’s hair throughout the pool! It was absolutely disgusting! I didn’t think to take pictures and I didn’t want to complain! Won’t be staying here again!

We had been looking for an apartment for 4 months, and had spent more nights here at Springhill Suites than anywhere else. Living in hotels may sound like a great vacation or getaway, and it certainly has its perks, but not having somewhere to call home? You find yourself stuck somewhere between panic and complete resignation. The staff could tell we weren't on vacation. Jill was kind, always positive, and always made us feel at home. Duron patiently listened while I chatted at him at all hours of the night because I couldn't sleep. His words of wisdom helped me stay sane. Mary straightened out booking issues so we would have a place to stay, and all the rest of the staff, including the housekeeping crew, treated us like guests, not the homeless we felt like we were. Issac, only a good boss makes employees this good. Well done. As for the hotel, the rooms were large, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Housekeeping is top notch. The shuttle was clean and punctual. The location is excellent, close to everything. Everything worked like it should. Even the laundry was great. But the staff was the best, hands down. After 4 months, I'm a little sick of hotels, but I'd be happy to stay here again.

not for me.

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that we had a space for sleep and a space for relaxing when we were just hanging out in our room. The kitchenette, which had a mini fridge, microwave, and sink, was also a nice feature for making lunch and dinner. I liked that breakfast was included and had a variety of choices. It was also nice that they had coffee and tea available in the lobby 24/7. It was conveniently close to the airport and to all the places we planned to visit. Overall, it was a good place to stay. The price of the room would have been reasonable had it not been for the hidden parking fee. I did not appreciate the lack of transparency with regards to the daily parking fee. At checkin I was handed a form asking for my license plate number, make, and model of the vehicle I was driving. In small print at the top it apparently said that I would be charged $7 a day for parking. After a very long day of travel and two flights, not to mention, having been up since 2:30 am that morning, I was not looking at every tiny detail. They should have said something about the fee when handing me the form so that I would know what I was signing. I was under the impression that I was providing vehicle information so that they would know that my vehicle was legally parked in their lot. There were a few other issues which I was going to over look and not mention because overall our stay was good and things just happen sometimes. I like to try to give people some grace. I can be flexible but I don't like being taken advantage of so I will go ahead and mention that our toilet wasn't working properly. They had to send a workman up twice to fix it. Since the problem initially happened in the middle of the night we had to manage on our own without a toilet flushing until the next day at which point it was temporarily fixed. Later, that day it stopped working again and the workman came back again to finally replace the part. We also had ants in our room. When I called the front desk she simply said, "Oh, that's been a problem but it's just that time of the year. I'll make a note of it." That was all and nothing was done. I would normally not mention these things but again, I did not appreciate the lack of transparency and the lack of understanding when I called to complain. Good customer service would have offered to refund the fee. I travel to New Hampshire often and I would have stayed here again if not for the lack of transparency with the parking fee.

Desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean. Pool stays open late. Snack shop and ice on site. Pool is not very deep. However it was still enjoyable.
